This company is terrible Yes, I received your message stating that a picture was taken showing that the box was delivered.
Yes, it was delivered to the WRONG house so l'm being penalized because a person can't read and comprehend. I received an email Stating ask your neighbors, as if they're going to give me my box back. This is a joke and very unprofessional.So I'm out of my hard earn money because you're delivery person can't read or stole my package.Wow! This is total BS and I will never order anything from this company again.
This a Sorry a** company &@fashionnova isn't any help they saying the same bs this dumb $#*! company saying. It's been delivered yea to the wrong house. Oh it's gets better I find the house & boom no package at least not mine. My neighbor shows me the package which is from teum with his name on it.So that mean your delivery person stole my package and just did wtf they wanted to do. Fashion nova isn't any help either.

I have had 6 deliveries in the last year from On Trac. 2 times it came on time. 4 times I had to track it down and finally get it delivered 4 days later.
THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! I ordered something on shein and I have no idea why the didn't give me ups or something but instead they gave me this company. They are extremely slow my package was expected and out for delivery on December 28th 2023 and here we are January 2nd 2024 and I have no updates on my package and I have no idea where it is.
The driver states he delivery my package to my address no some one in my complex address I was sitting with my door open get messages states package delivered no no revieced record states driver scanned package delivered the drivers for this company will lie ONTRAC company have poor service for their customers

I bought a Monitor for 200 dollars then they said it was delivered and it wasn't so I called them the first call they lied to me and said wait for us to call the driver and then the next day they was closed after they said "Call us tomorrow" and then the next day they said we're going to get our package tomorrow by 5... Tomorrow comes no package we call for the last time just for the first honest person to tell us the driver never went back to claim the package and said someone or the driver stole our package and there's nothing we can do about it

My package has been at their Desoto, Tx location since 8/20/23. I was supposed to receive delivery by 8/23/23. I still have not received delivery or answers. Customer service is HORRIBLE and thanks to Ontrac, I will never order from Temu again not that i know who they use for delivery service. I believe their delivery drivers stole my package. A delivery driver delivered my package at the front door of the building I don't live in the front door of the building I have apartment number and my package was stolen I am so upset about this company delivering things to the front door of a building instead of the apartment number I am very upset with this company and I will not ever be using it againo
The worst company ever. I placed an order with Temu. It was a little over $200 worth of merch. One order was $111.00 the other three orders added up to another $100. There were four orders in total. Three were coming by On-Trac, one was being delivered by LOS. The three being delivered by On-Trac never made it. One is showing out for delivery, it's been that way for almost two weeks. The other three are showing they are in a completely different state. I am in Texas. According to their website it made it to Texas, however they're being delivered in Washington state. That goes to show that the
Merchandise is being stolen by the employees and their entering whatever information just to show something in their system. I hold Temu responsible for this as well. They know On-Trac's reputation but they continue to use them and continue to cause frustration with their customers. I will never shop at temu again. Not if they continue to use On-Trac as one of their couriers.
I have contacted my attorney and I will move forward with a lawsuit against On-Trac and possibly temu.
Not a trustable service, unreliable, and on top of that a very rude customer service. They don't care about customer or service. Do not hire their service.
They delivered a high dollar box….but to someone else. They took a photo of the home they sent it to…not even my house. Then they doubled down by saying…it shows delivered so case closed. Like I can change my front door out overnight and my house color?! They sent it to a baby blue DOUBLE front door home and I have a solid Black single front door.
How disgusting! They could easily send the driver out to find the house he took it to. Do NOT use them! HUGE LACK OF INTEGRITY. DISHONEST. They take zero accountability for the recipients nor the people delivering…instead…they lie and close the case and you have zero recourse.

Majority of time items delivered by ontract, it gets lost. No matter which co uses them. Delivery personnel does not follow instructions and just leaves package anywhere
ORIGINAL POST:: I live in a suburb of Redding, Ca and a package has been sitting at the Redding Ontrac facility for a 5 days now. Every day there is a message out for delivery and by end of day the message changes to the next day. Horrible service, no way to contact local warehouse to go get it myself, Do not use Ontrac, you will most likely be disappointed. For anything critical, it could be very debilitating to trust to Ontrac. We are in our 80's and dare not travel to population centers due to Covid 19 so a delivery service is critical. Ontrac is a critical FAIL. I wish there was a ZERO for overall rating.
NEW POST:: Amazing, a supervisor from 100 miles away, Jessie Herron, came to the dysfunctional Redding office and delivered my package on a SUNDAY, truly over the top service. We live in a rural area and city folk think of the movie Deliverance when they drive out here, so even more accolades to Jessie. He may be a be able to cast out Demons also, very personable man. Give him a raise I say.
Driver drug box across fenders and hood of my car! Dropped box over a low fence 50 feet from my door. So far no one will call me back!
Driver left my order at the wrong address, which is a house, so the driver delivered it on a business instead, it said it was delivered on a main lobby. I have surveillance cameras in the front of my house, so that's how I knew the time it said the package was delivered was not at my house, and the driver didn't even come near my front door, or my neighbors.
I contacted On Trac customer service right away to let them know about the situation, they opened up an investigation, the representative told me the driver was going to be questioned in this regard. They said they were gonna try to locate out mis-delivered package, and try to re- delivered to us, We waited a whole week for an outcome and just to get a phone call saying they couldn't find our missing package, to contact the store for refund or have our package and items re- delivered to us.
What an inconvenience and waste of time with this thieves, can't admit fault, and just give you the run around and waste time due to their un- professional drivers and worker's!
Have cameras and ring. Item was marked delivered but was not. Driver sat in van 5 min then drove off

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
