What was a two-delay is now a three-day delay. Tracking still reflecting that I'll get my package today. Representative said it will be delivered tomorrow. Subpar service.
If you use Ontrac shipping, your chances of getting your delivery are bad. My package never made it to my front porch. There saying there driver was at the appropriate location at time of delivery. To me that means the driver scanned the package out on the street, and then helped him or herself to $234.00
Time and time again I have ordered something from a company that uses ontrac delivery and I never get my package even close to when it should arrive. I can see through tracking that it will arrive at my local delivery station where the next step is it goes out for delivery. But instead it just sits at that facility for days. Beyond frustrating and a real lack of urgency on their part. I can see it happening one time but this latest delivery was the fifth time that happened. I will say though, when you call ontrac customer service, every time the rep was extremely helpful and friendly. Now if they could only channel that into the delivery side of business.

Package was put on the wrong truck. Wasn't aware of your business hours. Didn't know the shipping instructions state "no deliveries on Saturday". The excuses just keep adding up. I have stopped ordering good products from good companies due to Ontrac's inability to deliver. Ontrac is costing businesses money and opportunity. I'd insist that Ontrac is not used as your shipper if you don't want to lose your customers.
I live in Utah and often order packages through companies such as JensonUSA and RockyMountainATV. I receive majority of my orders from these sites through OnTrac, and I get a consistent 1-2 say delivery. Some orders come from California and some are southern Utah, but regardless of the location I get my orders impressively fast.
Package stated was delivered and never received, was outside the time stated that the so-called courier delivered it and have 3 cameras to prove it also -courier was never at my house and customer service is a lying worthless joke who kept telling me " we will get with the driver" then never followed up with any type of response after 4 different emails- I know of two corporate accounts that FedEx Ground will be approaching soon with their one-rate product and local quick delivery that will take care of the pricing and service issues say goodbye to a couple more corporate accounts on-trac good luck in the future
If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do so. This " service" makes me so mad. I bought my friend a late birthday gift from the vans store, and up to now she have been waiting over a month to receive a pair of shoes which should've been here in less than 2 weeks. This is unacceptable and really upsetting. Ive tried contacting this company and have YET to receive a call back or a Email. 100 percent do not recommend. TS needs to be shut down ASAP
This the only shipping company I have ever had an issue with. The first time my package was shipped to me and arrived early with out any updates as to where it was, which was only okay because I was home. Now my package is late and was expected a day ago. The main problem is that it is in the same place and was suppose to be delivered already, but they don't even update you on what's happening with the info especially when you are tracking your package. This is one of the most annoying shipping companies and I wish I had the option of choosing another before my package was shipped... Just go out of business already. I knew when I saw Ontrac was the one delivering that I was gonna have issues and high stress...
I'VE BEEN GETTING THE "DELAYED" DAILY UPDATES FOR A WEEK NOW! I EMAILED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME ANY INFO ON MY PACKAGE. TOTALLY USELESS!

Just so we're clear this isn't a review for a shipping company. It's just a review of some scammers that claim to deliver packages to steal business from legitimate companies. Of the dozen experiences I have with them they've never delivered anything to me. If I want my package I have to drive 40 miles away to their office. I've heard excuses like "we are a little company, we can't afford maps", "we don't have any trucks available right now to deliver", and "our driver left the package where they thought you could find it". The left package was over 5 miles from my house at the side of the road (not the right road) according to a picture they sent. It was never found. I only use ontrac for one thing. If a company tries to deliver with them, I know to shop somewhere else from then on. So if you hate your company and want to retire, use ontrac.
They misdelivered a package to my address and apparently misdelivered my package to someone else. I called to let them know that they had left a package at my house for someone else. They said that they would pick it up the next day. They did show up the next day with my package but did not pick up the other package that we left out for them to pick up. I will have to call them again. I feel bad for the person waiting for their package but I don't believe that OnTrac cares much about their customers. SAD!

We have been receiving Ontrac shipments for over a year, never had an issue or delay in shipment. Drivers were also very courteous. Great service.
Said my package was delivered to the front door I was home the entire time and no one came to my door! Called today the person I talked to was nice said they would get back to me. But how do you say you delivered a package when I know for a Fact they never did! I never have this problem with ups this company needs to be shut down... look at all the horrible reviews how do they even stay open?
My purchase was made on Etsy, its unfortunate that this sender uses OnTrac. Going forward, this will be something that I look into before making purchases. Here's my experience:
- On a Wednesday, my package was marked as 'Delivered' around 8:40pm
- I went to the lobby in my building round 9:30pm and couldn't find my package anywhere.
- Wednesday night I submitted a claim with OnTrac
- Thursday morning I called them to try to learn what might have happened. The customer service representative was nice... but not helpful. He told me that the online claim that I made was under investigation. They told me that their delivery drivers are contractors (kinda like Amazon), however they aren't required to take a picture or anything, the only way they determine if the package was delivered to the right place is by taking a look at the *general location* that the package was marked as 'Delivered' by the delivery driver.
- Friday afternoon, I was contacted by a random person on Facebook. They asked me if I live in the area and if I was missing a package. Of course I was over joyed with this news, I was really worried I'd have to keep dealing with OnTrac in hopes to at least get some kind of refund for the dresser I almost lost.
- Tuesday of the next week, I was contacted by OnTrac... here's what they said:
"Hello,
Thank you for your email. We apologize that you are unable to locate your package. Our records indicate that the driver was at the appropriate location at the time of delivery. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your Vendor for further assistance with this issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

I really doubt that OnTrac would actually do anything to help, they feel their hands are clean with this email. Since I live in an old building, there was also no way for me to see if I could prove that the delivery driver never showed up in my lobby through video surveillance. OnTrac doesn't have trustworthy delivery drivers AT ALL, avoid this company at all cost.
OnTrac is the worst shipping "delivery" option available. I have been waiting for information on a package that has been held in their Redlands site for three days with a message that it has been delayed and will be delivered on the next day by end of day. On the next day, at the very same time (6:02 PM) another notice is posted that the package is delayed and will be delivered the next day. Calls to their customer "service" only produces a response that they have messaged the facility and are investigating. Doubtful that is actually happening.
Two boxes were delivered to my home on Saturday by OnTrac. They are addressed to someone who never lived here and who nobody knows. Rather than keep the packages for myself, I immediately called OnTrac to tell them of the mistaken delivery. I requested that the boxes be retrieved. I was told they would be picked up -but they weren't.
I called again on Monday and was promised the boxes would be collected by 5pm. Nope.
I called again on Tuesday and was given the same promise of a pick up by 5pm. Nope.
I called twice today (Wednesday) and was given the same promise. It's now 5pm and the boxes are still there.
OnTrac is unreliable; everyone should avoid doing any business with them -ever!
Ontrac has been sitting on a package in Stockton CA for 13 days now. They say it'll be delivered today. That's the same thing they have said for 13 days. I also have a different package that's been sitting there for 6 days. They give no reasons why there not out for delivery. I've contacted the store that I bought from, RMATV/MC and they won't help me get the my shipment. I will not use any business that ships with OnTrac.
I would rate this company 0 stars but I guess this website is generous Avoid at all cost legit. Pay the extra money to UPS, FEDEX, POSTAL SERVICE. Driver legit did want to find my apt so he noted my package as refused. I'm like cool it's one of "those worker". Got a new est. Date. Nope! Another delay for what ever reason. Got a new one date and again a new reason for a delay. Just got off the phone and my package apperantly is the hardest thing to deliver to my apt. Like brah not rocket science but it is to this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
