Worst Delivery Company!

If the company we order from on line uses this company- ask for a different delivery option. This company sucks! You can never get a response they make it too hard to connect to anyone. Bad service and swear they deliver on time! And they have the nerve to have drivers take pictures at the delivery site- only to show he's at the wrong house! Drivers don't verify the address because if they did they would deliver to the correct home.
Horrible service. Please don't use them!

My package was clearly delivered to the wrong house as the delivery photo shows that the delivered house looks nothing like my house. I have emailed and texted Ontrac customer service many times but OnTrac does nothing to resolve other than telling me to reach out to the seller for a refund who does not do as the tracking shows that it was delivered but to the wrong house! I don't understand why such an unaccountable and irresponsible delivery company can be still in business if they can't deliver stuff to the right address -- i am sure that i am not the only one as looking at hundreds of 1/5 star ratings!

OnTrac is AWFUL
There is no customer service. You can not talk to a human being. You have an option to file a claim. But, nobody reaches out to you.
I have a package just sitting in a local facility. It never gets delivered. The delivery date just changes every day. I spent a good $150.00.

Home Depot carrier

They are staying in business because HD employs them for shipping. Not once I had a decent delivery from HD by them. Items lost, left on the ground. Is it so difficult to put a small package inside the mailbox and not leave it on the ground? I will have to reconsider shopping online at HD.

WORST HORRIBLE!

I don't know why some retailers still prefer Ontrac to deliver our online orders. But oh GOD! OnTrac is just flat out most horrible and I don't know if they're just playing stupid or what? Package lost, package delivered to the wrong address or either they stole the package or don't care at all. Bad experience

How this company stays in business if beyond me. The fact that it is impossible to speak to a live person speaks volumes. Unfortunately, in most cases, customers have no control with who a company uses as a shipper, but it will certainly be a deciding factor on ever ordering from the company who uses them. AVOID these people whenever possible

I don't know why companies like Ulta beauty continue to use them as their main source of shipping. I have had now four packages that have not been delivered to my address from this company and I have had to contact Ulta and have them re-shipped. Since this is the 4th one, I don't even know if it will be re-shipped. Ironically it is always my large purchases that do not get delivered.

Less than one star!

This company is horrible! I have never had a package that was on a time or not lost! There is always an excuse. They've even lost packages on the truck and in their facility. I can't believe Amazon still uses them. Very disappointed as always.

Horrible Delivery Company

Absolutely the worse delivery company in existence! Ordered product through Best Buy with delivery scheduled in 2 days. So far it's been 10 days and no delivery! Called the customer service 800 number and had to wait 45 minutes to speak to someone. They said they would look into it and I have yet to hear anything back! I also filled out the online form to get some status and no response after 3 days! They should not be in business. Best Buy should find another delivering company!

Very poor service
April 11, 2020

I had two packages on consecutive days delivered to who knows where, not my front door and the tracking is very late at night. I'm disgusted that claims have to go through the shipper. This is not their fault. I wish they did not use this company. I am home all day and have a Ring. No deliveries.

I used this shipper because it is the only one Misfits market uses, my food order was left by the road so it was taken. Will not use them again, can not tell them where to put packaged, they don't listen. Now I have to wait to see if I can get a refund or replacement. Bad service.

I get anxiety knowing my package is getting delivered by this company I honestly thought it was a scam! I had a packaged I spent 500 on say it was delivered at front door never got it and I been home all day my ring never showed anyone deliver anything... they told me to wait a few days to write a report to see if it shows up. My other packaged has the status out for delivery for 3 days now. This is a JOKE! Worst then the postal office.

OnTrac totally sucks. I've now had four deliveries from OnTrac. Three never made it and I had to go looking in the dark for the fourth one. That was last night. Where did I find the package? Under a tree next to the road about 400 feet from my house. Stay away from this company!

I bought a pair of slides from a company and was being shipped by Ontrac. At the time I didn't know that Ontrac has been shown as a bad and untrustworthy delivery service. So when my package arrived it was put on top of a mailbox in plain sight and could be stolen. And it was also delivered to the wrong address causing me having to pay another fee to receive my package. When ordering something please contact the company your buying from and ask what delivery company they are shipping with. And never accept Ontrac. USPS, DHL, FedEx are currently good places to be shipped by. Overall just don't trust Ontrac they said that they will do a 2 day investigation but clearly they didn't do anything they just say that so you don't ask again.

AVOID

OnTrac is terrible at getting your shipments to you. I understand deliveries run late sometimes, but when they go days and sometimes WEEKS without providing any sort of update, is completely unacceptable. At this point I'm sure one of them kept my package for themselves. Please reconsider ordering anything with OnTrac as their only delivery method.

Failed Delivery

This was my first time ever hearing of or dealing ontrac. My package was delayed for several days and no one with ontrac could provide me with an update! I honestly believe they took my package which valued around $200. I refuse to have any further deliveries with this company! Customer service is very poor!

Worst service ever

They already delayed 4 days of my delivery, still I have not gotten my package yet. After reading the reviews I don't have any hope that I will get my package. Fortunately, I got my money refunded by the seller due to the long shipment delay issue. I honestly don't know why such bad postal service still exist.

Called customer service he tells you it will be there everyday for 3 days straight. He was very rude. Then tell me the ONTRAC here cant find my packages so i can pick them up still no call. I will be switching back to UPS.

This must be the worse delivery service ever. They are delivering for Amazon, FragranceNet, Walmart.com and others. They are the worse. They cannot deliver on time. They don't follow delivery instructions. Their customer service doesn't care if they don't get your package or not. No way to speak to a person. I will not use another company that insist on using them to get my package to me. DO NOT USE THEM

Tossed over the gate!
January 2, 2020

Ontrack just delivered a package of vitamins to me. These were in glass bottles and only protected by a Little inflated plastic bag. I have a Small chain link gate in my front yard and instead of opening the gate and put it on my porch they just tossed it over the gate onto the cement! I'm furious! Lucky for them it did not break. Then I tried to call the company on the phone number that was provided on the package and you can't get through to a person. More furious!
