They wanna spay on us, track our life schedule and then sell those information to other companies so they can target us in marketing and other stuff. I had an issue with my card being charged, because I had chosen to unsubscribe from the page I was subscribed to. I contacted their support, on Twitter, and instead of just issuing the refund, or denying it, they made it a point to block my card on their website, altogether. So, any time I try to make an account, it gets shut down when I enter my card info.
OnlyFans, if you policy is no refunds, then you shouldn't refund. Don't refund people and then block their access to your site. Just... terrible customer service.

I've been working for OnlyFans for several months and this situation has already happened to me several times: a person subscribes to me, buys content / tips me, and then the payment is canceled. This user keeps my video or photo. Site support does not help, but only sends a standard response that the transaction seemed suspicious to them. A user with content, and I am without money. Onlyfans has an indescriptive way that they allow their patrons to steal money from customers. They need to make it a lot easier to unsubscribe to someone if they do not want to continue the subscription... they have stolen hundreds from me after I thought I had disabled the renew subscription button. On last Sat (9 Nov), I was in the process of payment for one video clip on site, suddenly I got log out and cannot log in since then. A message "transaction could not be processed at this time". Then I got blocked. The reply from onlyfans is just telling you it is the system, they cannot override it. It seems I just got blocked permanently for a mistake made by the system. That's just absurd and unacceptable.

Bought a subscription only for OF to tell me there has been an issue with the process and to try again later. Then moments later i see a notification from my bank that I have been charged for the subscription to which I didn't have access to. Of course ai contacted supoort only for them to never reply. Subscribed to a content creator and they sent me a private video message. I thought it was just a video and was part of the subscription, but when I clicked the video it auto billed me an extra amount without any popup confirmation and charged my card.
This is a con, it should at least warn you or get you to click agree to purchase.
I just got an email (9/8/21) stating my acct was canceled in July. Yet they debited me until August and only stopped because I pulled all my money from that card so that they would cancel my acct (I read that on their page)!
