Website is poorly laid out and not intuitive. Site has several bugs even though it is very simplistic. Customer service usually writes back within 24 hours but responses are unhelpful and borderline condescending. No help is given through the customer service email. They only review you to FAQ portion of website. When an obvious mistake has been made on their end they only respond with accusing you of doing something wrong and saying there is nothing they can do.
