It's hard. Even if you managed to contact them, their answers are useless in my opinion. They just keep telling you that system has flagged you violating the Terms and Conditions, there is nothing they can do. They cannot override the system.

Virtually impossible. IF you get a reply, it takes days and the reply is simply an automated reply and doesn't actually address whatever issue you're having.
First step is to contact your person you are subscribed to, if theres no answer turn off rebill. You can still get the service without fear of more cost
The one saying pay in is the payments I've made into my bank account by transferring the money. The others with a minus next to the amount are them stealing it back! Still loads to come Pending to steal from my bank. Just like they transfer it and then reject it... this is the proof. My bank opened an investigation and the newspaper as well as reported to police, if they don't give me the money I eraned they'll be in big troubles. Please share! Never answer!
Easy to email but absolutely no chance of them replying anytime soon
If you email them they answer pretty much after 24 h, sometimes even faster
Their strategy seems to be, "if we wait long enough to answer people's emails, either the issue will resolve it's self, or they will give up"
