Uses Imposters to Impersonate Models and Deceive Subscribers Confidence/Romance Scams
August 5, 2023

Consistent with other reviews, I have found multiple circumstances where the content creator (model) is NOT the actual person communicating with you on OF even though they tell the subscriber they are in fact communicating. Many models PAY agents, management companies, and others to manage their feed on OF for them. These "hired" people then "impersonate" the model and use the first person, "Yes its me", and "I", falsely and fraudulently, to give the subscriber the impression that they are communicating with the model, but in these cases, THEY ARE NOT! Asking for a spontaneous photo with a time stamp, or a request to "put your finger on the tip of your nose" and take a photo, are denied, for the simple reason that the actual model IS NOT at the keyboard, and could not spontaneously do that for you. In these cases, the subscriber is being deceived by an imposter.

OF, for their part, when pushed to confirm or deny this, not only ADMITTED that "content creators can use agents, management companies, and other 3rd parties to OPERATE their account for them, but DEFENDED that its perfectly ok with them for IMPOSTERS to operate a content creator's account and LIE to the subscriber about who they are chatting with. So a subscriber might think they are having an intimate chat with a professional model, but in reality, they are chatting perhaps with a STAFFER not even of the same sex as the model! CREEPY! The conversation in chat with this STAFFER is designed to give a false sense of a true, real connection with the subscriber and is completely false, intended only to convince the subscriber to spend more money on behalf of the content creator. The staffers are seemingly trained to embellish that a subscriber has actually created a true friendship with the model, when in reality, this is closer to a CONFIDENCE / ROMANCE SCAM.

In addition to the time stamp photo denials, simultaneous messaging on OF and IG for the exact same model, was easily busted as NOT THE SAME PERSON and that in one particular case NEITHER was the actual model, both the OF and IG streams were run by HIRED STAFFERS.

The FBI refers to this as "impersonating another person online for the purpose of soliciting money in another person's name".

OF refers to this as "described in our policies and guidelines."

UPDATE: 08/07/23

Newly discovered information that I suspect 99% of subscribers don't know about and I wish I knew about beforehand, but confirms everything that I wrote above.

Here is a link to a NY Times article and "expose" about this exact problem and putting a new industry term to it: "e-pimping". They interviewed executives of companies that perform this exact "service" for OF models for a big percentage and during the interview, the "male" executive is posting on behalf of a "female" model in her name. The employees that are hired to do this are called "chatters". This is a REAL THING.

nytimes.com/2022/05/16/magazine/e-pimps-onlyfans.html

The writer contacts OF for comment, and shockingly, they didn't deny anything and in fact defended it.

Hiding behind "Fine Print" doesn't excuse deceiving the 99% of men who aren't aware of the fine print and are being "duped", "deceived", and "misled" by professional "chatters" who lie and impersonate a model, for the sole purpose of soliciting money via "false pretenses" of the subscriber thinking he's actually talking to the model.

Tip for consumers:

Belligerent attitude to how their site is setup essentially as a confidence scam.

Litterally act of FRAUD, third parties posing as the content creator in the DM.
May 10, 2023

I was a subscriber to a creator who is well known outside of OnlyFans... she goes by the stage-name of Mila Azul. She is a professional model who does nude photography and she also does some softcore solo adult entertainment.

First, you pay to subscribe (typically $9.99 US per month), but sometimes free subscriptions are offered to lure you in. This gets you access to view their post which is much like looking at a profile on Twitter. Basically you get sweet FA for your subscription because the real content is all pay-per-view. This is made available to you via the Direct Messaging (DM).
If you are only interested in content, look elsewhere. OF content is typically recorded with a mobile phone on a stand with a light ring. Most video clips are short (less than 2 minutes), with the occasional longer video (around 8 minutes) being made available. Prices to purchase were typically around $50 US for Milas sets. A set on average is 1 or 2 short vids and 12 or so photos give or take. Pricing, however, does not appear to have any structure and can be all over the place.

Recently, the unlock fees skyrocketed to over $150 for sets... needless to say I NEVER purchased any at that price.

But by far the worst part of the subscription is the fraud being conducted with the DM. You are promised direct contact with Mila, but in reality she has hired to 'catfish' to impersonate her and con you into thinking you're having one-on-one time with her directly. They will use sexting and flirting techniques to con you into doing more unlocks. Remember:- it isn't actually her!
Christ, they will even ask you to send them a $#*! pic to do a $#*! rate! Needless to say I NEVER did that!

This deception has left me resentful of Mila Azul and the catfish who work for her. Why would someone who relies entirely on her fan-base treat her fans like that?

Finally, OF say that when you cancel your subscription you will no longer have access to anything you've previously unlocked (but if you Google search, there is a way to download anything you've unlocked ;) ).

To summarize:- Stay away from OnlyFans. It's nothing but a big con.

UPDATE since the review was written:-
I've taken my campaign to get the message out about the scamming by starting up my own Twitter feed. This is called "Mila Azul is a Scammer!". There, you will find links to news articles, see actual screenshots from the OF DM, and there is a link to a Telegram channel where you can get a lot of Mila Azul's OF content free of charge!
If scammed fans can't get justice, then we'll take revenge!

In the provided screenshots, you will see an OF message offering me a 9 minute vid for a ridiculous $199 US dollars. The explanation for why the vid costs so much is also shown. The third screenshots is from another website, manyvids.com, here the same vid is available for only $29.99!

Tip for consumers:

OnlyFans should be shut down. It is scamming on a global scale.

System crash
January 21, 2022

I'm not a fool. 90% of OF that I subbed to I saw previews on YouTube and on other sites. If their free content is good then their paid must be a step up. Umm... No.

The free content of various girls were great, when you subb its like they took a hand and ripped out your wallet and laughed at you for falling for the trap.
Some pages are just awful.

I've called out a few on their lackluster pages.

Then we have girls posting 1 to 5 second videos. Many simps encourage such behaviour.
After that many will charge you to Subb then charge you again to see more content which is a gamble.

Viktoria Kay phat booty pawg girl has had the best stuff on YouTube and other sites. Probably the best natural phat ever.

You sub for free on her site and she charges you to look at pictures with barely any previews. IE 15 bucks for pictures.
From time to time I was curious to see if they were nude or any good. I almost gave into my curiosity. Buisness like that is shady.
She's a hot girl with a phatty but I'm no simp.

OF is dangerous. Whether you seen previews or even reviews you might get screwed. Honestly from dude to dude. The best content have always been free. After you pay the experience loses its meaning, that's just from my experience.

I love Ebony girls but most of the time their content is boring. All they do is twerk. 95% esitmate is that Ebony content will be only of them twerking. That's it. After awhile it gets boring.

Pawgs will just do tiktok dances and stand their literally for simps to worship them.
Ifrit probably made millions from simps of only showing her non-nude butt for over 10 years. Her free stuff is all over the place. What you see there is what you'll be paying for.
Then there are the cosplay content it's boring. Again only for simps to worship a girl in custome.

Simp comments are so cringe and mind numbing. Many guys worship these girls and will buy them amazon gifts. Seriously.

Lastly, tons of girls have fake butts/face/chest/personality. 5 out of 200 will be natural. Although it's a major turn off for me to get off to a fake.

Overall, Stay away from OF and just look up for some free stuff. Better yet stay off the porn or at least settle for tiktok because you get free shows without having to pay.

Gaslighting, Cyberespionage, Protection of criminal offenders, Security/Money Scam & Grand Theft
August 21, 2021

Beware of OnlyFans!

They've been protecting a model who, months ago, doxxed my public identity and personal info from my OF account onto her Tiktok account for soon after instigating a campaign of libelling and cyberbullying against me for refusing to feed off her poor ego like a simp, fallaciously accusing me of having distributed her DCMA-protected OnlyFans private content on other online platforms. Right after filing a complaint, both OnlyFans's security team and TikTok's dismissively denied any evidence about the offence. Nevertheless, I explicitly tell to the offender she will sooner or later heard about me when I'll be dragging her into a court.

Up from December 2020 to mid-late June, I am being progressively invested on various aspects and manners into a spree of kinky arrangements along a certain number of female OnlyFans models, most of them sixteen content creators since two months: some of them of various degrees of notoriety within and outside of the platform, others much less so.
Out of a total of sixteen arrangements, only four are actively involved (whose two of them both financially and emotionally invested), four other semi-actively invested ones (all partly to almost never financially entertained, and only successfully done via filtration tactics and some connection which would otherwise sounds but too esoteric to explain), one potentially on its way in from being active, two semi-passively invested ones, another two-- let's say "distantly serendipitously convenient" and the remaining five being past cancellations given after I've successfully twitched OnlyFans's Complaint Team's arm into getting me refunded or on their way through, right after the latter models failed to concede to our written agreement inbox and attempted to scam/finesse me dozens, sometimes hundreds of dollars. We all already know difficult it is from getting refunded on OnlyFans after having been scammed by one of their content creators but just once (and I did it twice), so for that I deem myself lucky.

I am not going to enter into details about the identity of the models in matter, whose identities will remains obviously unnamed for the sake of security and common sense-- especially given that some of those models are top-tier social media influencers, businesswomen/mainstream models, and internationally-renowned minor television/social media celebrities of their own. But the nature of fifteen of these sixteen agreements are simple: in exchange of some benefit (whether it happens to be a certain sum of money paid at a weekly rate or per purchased video, lesser sums of purchase for their video and photo content, a casual chatting laden with semi-flirtatious overtones, a few inspiring words, some flattering remarks, validation or male-seeking attention), the thinner models are willing to involve into varying degrees of weight-gaining fetish to satiate some of my based appetites, to put it diplomatically. In other words, I entertain multiple Faustian-like bargaining with a wide variety of women online and at varying degrees of personal implication or lack thereof, from which what they agreed to become feedees and to fatten up themselves. Some of those women has been gaining weight rapidly, others slowly, with varying levels of declining self-control: at least four of them (one of them being one the five scammers) had rapidly swelled up from thin to visibly pudgy after barely a few days, and all of them were initially categorically either revulsed by my endeavoured proposals, or putting me on ignore for weeks before it suddenly triggered something inside them. One of them has still not recovered their episodic food binging mania, looking now grossly overweight and out-of-shape, and still growing chubbier as days passes.

Maybe that was this. Maybe it displease to the higher-ups and suits that an increasing little number of their Top five-ers and Top ten-ers - including a few women I couldn't genuinely even afford myself from - found themselves abruptly changing their lifestyle, content stream, revenue grossing, and even waistlines and very personalities, risking to progressively lose some of their original fans (and perhaps career opportunity paths too) just for the sake to jiggle their newfound expanding chubs and curves to one one single faceless guy from a corner of the globe.
Or maybe it is not. Maybe I was a fool to subscribe into this platform and not expecting getting scammed. But at some point, I noticed that my expanses on OnlyFans were tarnishing my bank account, leaving me severely broken at four or five instances since mid-July and forcing me to borrow money from multiple relatives just for the sake to keep myself afloat and not burning off once again my hardly recovering credit points after a decade of efforts.

I initially thought that maybe it was me, that I'd lost control of my expanses that it was time I leave OnlyFans before my fetish addiction get the better of me. Still, I was growing suspicious as the excessive taxing fees that OnlyFans charged onto my purchases anytime I bought or tipped off one of my online feedees coincided with multiple similar fraudulent whereabouts from both the mobile phone company I been subscribed, and other companies.

At some point, yesterday, I was attempting to purchase a stuffing session video made by my newly second official online feedee when a box frame opened on my screen, saying "Sorry, we cannot proceed to the transaction in this due time". I gave the benefit o the doubt and assumed it was due to the midday time slot, but another part of me wasn't fooled: that was not the first time that OnlyFans hoards any attempted transactions or tips from me during a large extent of the day, and found myself with hundreds of dollars vanishing from my bank account after having merely paid but a few dozens of dollars worth of content or just wrote but once to one of those content creators who obliges us to tip when we are writing them inbox.

And it happened: after she advised me to tip her instead, I lost a total sum of $134-something CAN on my bank account after tipping her for merely $95.25 CAN... knowing that I had only but $149 CAN on my account. Had been the tip five dollars higher than I would have been under negative sum. "How the hell did they figured out that was my exact sum of money?" I thought at the moment. Then, I realized that the logical answer was that either they spied my bank data or are capable to predict my financial whereabouts, with a malicious intent to steal the near-totality of my bank account sum anytime I was purchasing some of their content.

Currently, I try to call a legal adviser to see how to handle this situation. OnlyFans still protects a person guilty of many criminal and civilian offences. Attempted several times to gaslight not to retaliate against her or the scammers who stole my money. And now, I have backed up evidence that they robbed me many hundreds dollars over the past two months.

Enough is enough.

Tip for consumers:

Avoid OnlyFans. And if you're already subscribed, leave it: their own company is leaving their own business market anyway after "pumpin' and dumping" all of those people.

Oddly limited site for such an apparently successful business
March 27, 2021

Upon arriving to Onlyfans, one tends to wonder: where are the girls and why don't I see them right away? We know there are thousands of them on the network, but the minimal interface makes you hunt a little for how to browse them, and then when you do find a profile you think looks possibly decent, you see a small banner and a circular avatar of the model. Everything else is locked and greyed out, leaving one to ask: how do I know if I want to subscribe to this model's page? There's hardly anything telling you about her, or selling her with adequate visuals. You just have to take it on faith this mystery profile is worth following, for $9.95, $14.99, $24.95, etc., per-month—whatever arbitrary figure they choose. But that's only the beginning. The girls expect you to purchase full-length videos and photo sets on top of the monthly access fee. They might message you, and you can message back—for a fee each time, of course—to your hearts content. But the communication is just a hustle, often to attempt selling you more photos and videos. Flit from girl to girl, and you realize it all leads to the same destination: adult media hustling and insultingly false intimacies.

So, seriously... who buys into this nonsense? I realize some profiles are "free" to subscribe to, but that's just a ploy to lure you in to more of the same. What's the endgame here? The conversations are synthetic, and the intimacies are obviously just a business transaction. I suppose the media you get, at various times, might be high-quality enough to enjoy, but why spend all this cash when you can easily enough just head on over to Chaturbate or LiveJasmine and talk to live girls who are willing to do what you want for as long as you want?

Onlyfans astounds me. It astounds me that it's a successful business model, considering the lackluster options on the site and it's overall premise, which is to keep everything as virtual as possible and drain men of their money. There just doesn't seem to be enough of a payoff here, but you'll certainly be paying, and for why, I don't know. There is a chance some men, if they simp enough for these women, might have the opportunity to meet them in real life. At what cost, though? Again, why not just save that money, go elsewhere, and hire a beautiful escort? At least that's real. This isn't. I have no idea why anyone would want to stick around on OnlyFans for too long. In a word, it's... dumb.

OF creators are mediocre and lazy thieves.
September 23, 2020

The crippling disadvantage of OF is that it has created an environment for models to abuse/misunderstand the crowdfunding business model for half the effort and professionalism/quality.

You wouldn't expect Netflix to charge you $10/mo then charge you for each movie you wanted to watch right?

That's exactly what OF is but on a greedier and lazier scale. Models charge you for the "privilege" to buy their $#*! and will have the nerve to tell you that you should be grateful for the opportunity to even be offered their content. I've subbed to over two dozen models and they all do it. I've seen it run anywhere from $3/mo with upwards of $10-$50 individual charges for what amounts to mere minutes of private video to as high as $20/mo with basic pinup nudes or IG lewds while reserving their advertised hardcore content for additional purchase only (they also demand tips).

There are free accounts out there, but I'd advise to avoid those like the plague. They revenue share with each other to advertise their content on each other's profiles (a ton of monthly subscription models do this too and it's annoying af).

Imagine scrolling through a model's content you're paying $15/mo for and then suddenly, BOOM, a 4 post thread of other (censored) models' OF profiles flooding your feed with prices.

All in all, OF consists of tons of models trying to nickel and dime you to death. Like paying to go to the movies then charging by the minute for every movie you want to see.

Also, many models post infrequently and have an absolute garbage habit of changing their subscription prices on the fly, lowering or raising it based on their current financial goals. It's become so rampant that OF finally implemented a feature that not only notifies you, but disables your auto renew pending your acceptance of the new prices if you agree with them.

I know $#*!bois out there would consider guys like me "simps" for the effort but at its core OF is a great idea. You can a la carte your smut and support content you really enjoy, but I'd be damned if these models want twice the profit for half the commitment or expect you to dole dozens of dollars for snippets of completed content they've decided would be more profitable if they drip fed it to their subscribers in separate charges.

So yeah, my advice would be get a pornhub membership and call it a day. Let these cam girls bleed out some other poor schmucks account.

And to any OF models scoffing at this review. Kick $#*!ing rocks. You ain't as bad as you think.

My experience: for models to shake down weak guys via weak content
August 12, 2020

It started out interesting enough. If you are a serious fan of a particular porn chick or model, there is an initial rush of getting the direct messages. There is even a level of interactivity back and forth (apparently). Ex: "Hey what are you doing?" Then you answer. Of course literally every conversation gets turned nearly immediately into an attempt to engage you in pay for dirty talk exchange. The first time it's kind of exciting but it wears off with each time it gets repeated. Reading "I was thinking of you and had my hands on myself. Do you want to know what I am going to do next?" or some variation on literally every exchange, loses it's excitement pretty quickly. At least for me.

At one point I got into a conversation with the star (I think) and let her know what I really liked in her performances and what I got off too. I think I was drinking one night or something. So she teases like she'll give me that for a tip. I think I dropped $30 in small tips and got the grand total of one sentence of descriptive content. And then she let me know I should be tipping more. For $30 I can go subscribe to a couple great content sites and view hundreds of scenes. Scam.

But I think the money on OF is being made on guys who are so deep into the fantasy that they break out the credit card for the same schtick of her describing what they would be doing if they were together. I think in most cases for OF to be any good, you have to be a guy who gets off on that. I am not.

Other reviewers mentioned the pay wall message content. I have an outlook where I figure it's OK as long as it's original content most of the time. I'll pay for that kind of thing when the mood hits me. What I noticed with the starlet I am subscribed to is it's often stale content. The creator introduces it with some sex novel description paragraph but doesn't tell you whether it's new or not. Then she gets annoyed when you ask before you spend the money to buy it.

I don't think it's too much to ask that a creator be motivated to regularly create some new or previously unreleased content if they are asking you to pay money to purchase it.

If you see that pattern of old content that's cloaked as new or original, I wouldn't stick around. I did because I was enjoying the dm chats. But the creator eventually got pissed I wasn't dropping a bunch of coin to get off while she sends me descriptive messages. And wasn't buying content I already owned or had seen.

In my case she (apparently because it was never explained) got hissy and took me off DM chat. Well the purpose of being on OF is defeated at that point. Yeah I am paying only $5.00 a month. But being off chat can't access content in the DMs. The content on the actual wall is old recycled stills or 20 second tease videos. So it's not reason enough to subscribe.

In conclusion, I think the stars making money on there are mostly shaking down hapless guys and their credit cards. Guys who can't stop dropping 50 or more dollars at a pop to get off to repetitive dirty talk DMs.

And I think it's worth noting, we really don't know in many cases the source of the DMs. The actual star might not even be the author but rather some assistant from god knows where.

The other group making money are the ones who are dedicated to giving what they advertise: fresh new content and access you can't get anywhere else. But that takes effort. And I read the reviews. These kind of stars are the exception on OF.
And honestly in my experience most women who get into porn, do it because they have spotty work habits and the real job thing is just too much effort and time. They won the looks and body lottery to some degree and they leverage that. Those are the ones playing guys on there with the same stale content and teaser dirty talk DMs.

I'll spend my money buying new content for a flat fee or finding a new favorite star and buying that content. OF is a losing experience. Waste of time and potentially a lot of money.

Deleted my account and cheated me out of hundreds of dollars
July 24, 2020

I had filed a claim when $600 were spent via from my account. OF said they will handle it and in a few days even promised to refund ALL unauthorized transactions. I even asked if i should delete that account and create a new one just in case. I was assured that my account will remain active and there was no need to create a new one. So i went on believing that OF will refund the charges and deal with the claim. I proceeded to continue to use my account, subbing and tipping the next few days for an upwards of $200.
Then, my account gets deleted. I was subbed to over 20 creators. Most of those subs were not even close to being over. And i had tipped numerous creators for exclusive content that they had not yet given me. All this after i was told my account will be active and ok.
In short, OF not only failed to help me with a claim I filed, they instead deleted my account and cut ties.
OF had just cheated me out of over $800.
I actually may have to take legal action. Something i did not see coming.

UPDATE: Got worse. Here's what I posted on reddit to spare me having to write it down for what feels like the 100th time today.
Created a new account after they had refunded the rest of the money with me thinking all this shenanigans is over with. They refunded all unauthorized transactions and all ongoing subs at the time of the account's deletion. So I thought I'd create another account. Went well for the first week, no problems. Subbed to the creators I was subbed to before and subbed to new people. Then today my account was, again, deleted. I didn't even file a claim this time. Nothing out of the ordinary, no complaints from myself. Then, out of the blue, boom, account gone again. So, again, I'm in the process of atleast getting those current subscriptions refunded to me, because none were anywhere close of being over. That's excluding all the tips I've sent to creators for custom content. My guess is that they blacklisted my debit card or my entire bank account. Again, I feel like Onlyfans is just screwing my tf over. It all started when I was the victim of fraud and I thought they'd help me with it. Now, not only has Onlyfans deleted two of my accounts, it appears that they have blacklisted me from using their site. I just now feel like I was not only a victim of fraud, I am being antagonized by Onlyfans for asking them for help.
