I had accidentally clicked a paid video of someone whose page I had subscribed to. I simply had run my cursor over the link for the video and must have activated it somehow. I never watched the vid and immediately contacted the person who owned the page. No response. I contacted customer service for OnlyFans, and they responded about 3 weeks later stating they couldn't help me. In the meantime I had contacted my bank and had the charge reversed, knowing full well that I wasn't going to get any support from either.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST DOING THE SAME - CONTACT YOUR BANK AND ADVISE THEM THAT YOU HAVE AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE! DO NOT be embarrassed to take action against anyone who takes your money. For most banks now, the process is automated, so you never even have to speak to anyone. Don't expect OnlyFans to do anything for you, and the model is certainly not going to return money to you.

I have lost about $1,000, so far. I have contacted onlyfans several times. Worked with several agents.They return an email, in about three days. They act like they don't read my emails. I follow their instructions, and I get the same error message. After I told one agent, that my password was no longer working, she told me to go into my account and change my password. I CAN'T GET INTO MY ACCOUNT, BECAUSE MY PASSWORD DOESN"T WORK. I have sent several pictures of myself and ID to verify my account, and they still can't reset my password. I went through their legal department. Still, nothing. Onlly fans is making money from my content, but I am not being paid. I am receiving emails, that I am getting subscribers. I would strongly discourage anyone from become a contributor or a subscriber. The site is not secure, and there is no support. Onlyfans is in London, so I don't know what legal action, I could take.

Onlyfan is a dishonest and theiving site. Onlyfans will allow your money to be fraudulently stolen from your bank account and do nothing to protect you or to correct the theft.

Cancelled my account instead of my subscription... so I don't have access to the remainder of what I PAID FOR... But told me I'm welcome to create another account... I e. PAY AGAIN...

Onlyfans will keep taking money out of your bank even if you dont sub to anyone & even if you delete your acct. They keep stealing $40 out of my bank acct. They're a scam.

Highest priced garbage I have ever paid for. Bcrispinofficial offers more on her instagram which is free then what u get when u buy vids and pics that she charges insane prices for. I had to check it out because shes got this amazing booty and advertises pretty well but thats all it is, a sales pitch for a product that doesn't come close to expectation. None of it, is remotely close to what others offer for way less, but most importantly is just lame content in anyway shape of form. If I wanted super filtered, not super revealing, blurry pics id stick to her instagram which I also deleted out of principle.

But these "top creators" usually just have a ton of worthless posts and get their high subscriber rate due to bringing them in from other social media platforms which they're showing similar content on for free.

As before April 1st the terms of service and other parts of onlyfans has changed and I found the the security measures such as capture security feature and the biometric scanners were an utter joke so does this pose that only fans could be less secure than you know. Has people already ripped off hundreds of people's information already theat earn as those have given out the most personal information including where they live personally, emails, bank information, valid photo identification. I would be very suspicious of what the true intentions of only fans is. I also will be removing myself from this as majority of people making money off this are women could easily be the quickest and easiest way for sex traffickers to find women given that these basic security features are literally an illusion of safety.
If you need proof it takes over 120 seconds for them to confirm your biometrics which no biometrics and document uploads takes this long on any platform gland the capture image security feature when you hit I'm not a robot will literally take you to the next page of where you need to go without fulfilling the capture as most website contain text and images to select before moving on.

I've been using onlyfans for 18 months. It's not been easy and I've had constant ongoing issues i want people to be aware of

These include
1) being unable to withdraw funds earned due to requests demanding I upload formal identification. I had previously done this when joining the site- everyone has to!
I've received this error message several times. Each time onlyfans customer support fixes the issue but offers no explanation or apology.
2) When I withdraw money from my account the amount paid is greatly different from the sum offered by several exchange rate calculators I check.
Sometimes this difference on $500USD is as much as $50USD!
3) I was an early adopter of the site. In total I uploaded 10,000 photos. My subscribers were constantly complaining they could not access content from several months back due to the site lagging and being unable to deal with large amounts of content!
4) I tried to geo-block several countries to make my website private - as only fans advertise this feature however I feature did not work for four months as it should have! I had subscribers joining my site from countries I strictly did not want to protect privacy!

Don't EVER order a custom from her... she'll just take your money with no intention of shooting your content.
