Like everybody else here I was robbed! I ordered a birth certificate, minutes after I cancelled the order and requested a refund. This people took the money from my account, It has been 11 days already and they do not return it, btw they charged me $59. I contact my bank and they are opening an investigation, hopefully I'll get my money back.
Wish I had seen the reviews before I also got ripped off. I thought all went through online and then received the email stating to print application and mail with more money, Impossible to contact them to stop order or request refund,
In the end, the only thing I got for the $47 was a mostly completed form, that I had to mail in. I later found where I could download the form myself from the state web page. So check there first and save your money.
Now one month after I started the process, I still do not have the birth certificate.

Went through the process paid $47 didn't even receive a confirmation email them they emailed me back with the original application I had to download the sign and mail myself so basically they did nothing disputed it with credit card company got my money back if I was you I wouldn't even waste my time with this company I'm really dissatisfied I could have downloaded my own form for free
