How can get status of order
I have applied for a birth certificate for my brother Joseph John Mendygral on July 6,2021 and have not heard anything yet.
I applied got a birth certificate on February 18, 2020 and have not received it at all. It should not take two months. I need a contact number.

came upon all these negative things about this company..so how do I find out when or if my document is really coming?
I want a refund immediately or I'll be reporting this to our Mississippi State Attorney General's office Consumer Protection division.
