Both my husband and I are proud supporters of Swansea City. He recently came across Online Ticket Express and made an account there. However, he never used the account because he had doubts about online ticket sellers.
I recently used his account and purchased 2 tickets for the Swansea City vs. Wolves match for my husband and I. My husband and I had a great time watching that heart stopping match. Swansea sent a blitz of goals towards the Wolves and got our hearts racing.

Got FC Bayern- Liverpool Tickets. Day before the match they sent an email, that they have no Tickets! Had to get new tickets the day before the match (obviously much more expensive). After 2 month the money was still not refunded, sent 3 emails, no reply. Terrible customer service: hotline - no answer ever, either leave a message on the answering machine (call was never returned) or get kicked out. Looks like a scam to me- DO GO FOR NOT RISK!

The match was at 7.45 PM. When I thought I had lost all hope, the day of the match, at 5.30 pm I finally got the
Tickets in hotel, but not the ones I bought.
On web site there were three categories of tickets:
Category 1,2 and Vip Gold. Website guarantees delivery of tickets
Purchased or superior (NOT INFERIOR!). I received tickets of 2^ categopries behind the goal at the price of Vip Gold!
ALSO they applicated change 1 pounds - 1,49 euro!
How did they change? If £1 corresponds to 1,2049 euros, £ 916 correspond to
€ 1103. 65. I did pay 300 euros more.
I must admit, however, that in the end, with onlineticketexpress, I managed to watch the match of champions leage seemed impossible to get tickets of Chelsea -Naples

I bought 2 football tickets for Atletico de Madrid vs. FC Barcelona
I paid 377.00 euro for seats "CATEGORY 1 in Away section with Barcelona Fans" (as per description on the website). I have got tickets in the worst section - CATEGORY 4 (NOT even away section which was next sector)! Price on the ticket was 60 euro NOT 188!
Tickets should be delivered 3-5 days before the event (as per email with confirmation) - finally they delivered the tickets 1 day before and nobody answered the phones!
When I asked to speak to a manager, customer service agent declined and said he had given me all the info I could use. He was unprofessional, unpleasant, terrible and completely useless! Unfortunately I didn't check reviews before I bought the tickets :(.
They are THIEVES and should be in prison!

I had a pleasant experience with onlineticketexpress.com. I bought four tickets from onlineticketexpress.com of Wolver Hampton Vs Chelsea match which was held on January 2,2012. I was searching online for a trustful source of online ticket and I found onlineticketexpress.com as an old and reliable company and seemed to be reliable to buy ticket from them. So I ordered four tickets from them, each of the ticket was £226.00. The order process is very easy there and their customer care agents are very much dedicated to their customers. I received my tickets without any problem. The ticket arrived to me on time as the promised date of delivery. Good customer service and the tickets were real and fully functional.
This is the worst ticket shop I have ever expierenced. I brought 2 tickets for Juve - Inter 4 weeks in advance of the game, but they were not able to deliver the tickets. After unanswered e-mail and a lot of phone calls, I was assured that the ticket will soon be delivered. But only one day before the game, they told me that they could not not deliver. I already travelled to Turin and couldn't find any other ticket and therefore missed the game, but had a lot of expenses.

Great Match last night! Bravo, Messi! I am still in Spain, where I am staying until the end of April, so I booked two tickets for each match, yesterday’s and the re-match on the 16th. I’m still excited - and so happy I booked through them, as they delivered the tickets to where I am staying in time. Also, the seats were exactly as booked and payment was easy. Finally, I got to the see El Clásico for the first time in my life! I got my tickets from OnlineTicketExpress and had no problems at all.
