Representative on the phone was easy to work with and answered all my questions. Recieved my confirmation email immedianly as well as instructions on what to expect with forthcoming electronic tickets.

I purchased 4 tickets to see Arsenal Shakthar Donetsk Champions league game. Was charged 260pounds, and 30 pounds for handling(dont get it) but 335.40 pounds was deducted from my account. Even more annoying, the tickets didnt come. I have sent so many mails and called the ever rude and un professional customer service, all to no avail. Have deceided to report them to the police and push the case from there.

I ordered tickets to see Arsenal vs Aston Villa. After some days of worrying, I thought it was a Scam but the day after the game we received the ordered tickets

Quick and easy process. If you could show the exact seating, that would be nice along with where stairs are in comparison to seats as well as exits, bathrooms etc..

Ticket prices are really high but the site was easy to use. Would only recommend you have a more detailed seating chart for people to see exactly where they will be sitting

Just hate the service fees. Technology is supposed to make things easier and cheaper. I realize there's a maintenance associated with it but almost $20 per ticket is not reasonable.
