So far, all my experiences with Online Metals have been positive. This particular order took a day longer than expected, but from what I read, the mill was in the process of working with that very gauge.

Recently I made an order for material and half of the shipment was lost or something. Thankfully the awesome customer service went far and beyond to get the material ordered on its way.
