Good very easy to do so far and no complaints with the service

I love the convenience and flexibility that it has. Divorce is already hard and if everything can be agreed on then this is perfect.

Completing the survey was easy but I was a little dismayed that after paying $179 upfront there was a second charge for $299 US to get the final documents. This should have been explained more clearly upfront because I wouldn't have done this.

Over all it was easy and you could understand the wording.

Very money hungry they charge you 9 a month when you cancel even if you no longer need the services

Have not received my paperwork in the mail yet where is it was told I needed to fill it out get notarized and send back

Apart from a one simple mistake as to state of residence of plaintiff. The job is 99% perfect

So it says I need to change my county to other county where I'm filing so they can proceed the process that I don't need to go to court. Their customer service really helped me.

A bit confusing on who does what and overall instruction

The instructions are easy to follow, the information is clear and I save time trying to figure out what to do

The VIP service is not worth it. Have them draw up your forms if you'd like for $130. VIP is $299, but you will still have to pay the court filing fees which for me is an additional $293 in Texas.The customer service agent says the VIP service is for the extra leg work they do... really? It's electronic filing though.

Too easy to believe, I have not finished the online forms yet. My computer just got fixed today. I will finish soon.

Fast and easy. Customer service was very helpful. Prepared my documents and sent them to me fairly quickly. And provided me with step by step instructions on how to file.

Upgrade was sneaking. Also, have not heard anything from you people since this email. It is now Dec 20. Very unsatisfied for the amount we paid.

I was warmly received by a team of professionals who were always ready to assist me.

I used OnlineDivorce.com for my divorce because it was a very simple one. It saved me from figuring out what needed to be filed and was a reasonable cost. The reasonable cost thing is very important because I am exceedingly poor. Anyway, In the instructions it said that you had to pay a fee to file and to find out how much from the local court. In my case, it was $435. What OnlineDivorce.com failed to mention, is that most poor people qualify for a fee waver in CA. I was unlucky enough to find that out after I had paid the fees. I was very eligible for a fee waver, so because of their misleading statement that I "had to pay a fee" I am out $ 435. Which I cannot afford. Also, in the submitting of the final documents, it fails to mention, that the judgement has to be notarized by TWO notaries. It does not even mention that CA requires one notary, much less two.
