Good to use if divorce is straight forward. The amount of emails, texts, pops ups and calls asking to upgrade is a little annoying. I had to say "no" 7 times.

My two children are fully grown that they don't need to get involved with my divorce. I am doing this as sole divorce. My ex husband and I have been separated for 19 years now.

Easy so far... went on line and answered some questions. Paid the fee and received my paperwork in 2 days. I recommend it if both parties agree on the divorce.

Thank you for your service. I feel like there should have been a section where I could explain in better detail the grounds of annulment... I separated from my spouse because he was not who I thought I married and I found out he was using drugs. He was gone almost every night until anywhere up to 7 a.m. and he said he was at work but he was not at work but out getting high. I have tried contacting him since we separated and he ignores my texts and phone calls. When I did get hold of him from a new phone number he told me never to call him again. I do not want any money from him and we had no children together. He had two of his own children from previous relationships and I have one child from a previous relationship. I just want an annulment so that I can leave the heartache and pain he caused me behind. I am a full-time student and I will graduate from Friends University with my Bachelors in Psychology in May 2019. I work hard to raise my daughter and I do not want to live the lifestyle my spouse was living. Once we married he seemed to quit caring and would rather be gone at night getting high. I did not expect this to happen, but I am glad it happened only a month into our marriage and not years later. My heart is broken but I have a daughter who looks up to me and I have to be strong for her.

I picked onlinedivorce because of their prices but was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of the service I received! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone going through a divorce.

My friend told me about it so i tried it, let me tell you it's a nightmare, everything was fine at 1st then nothing, they received my spouse response documents and for 6 months they just didn't take action, when i noticed i called to inquire, and for 2 weeks no explanation was given ( the worst customer service ever) and they used all shady tactics to get off the phone with me:
1- put me on hold for hours then the call gets cut off
2- Will call you back. Never happened,
3- Escalated your case and in 24 hours you will get email and phone call, 3 weeks have passed lol
No supervisor or manager was available for 2 weeks, and when i caught a supervisor and talked to via email guess what? He went on vacation

They also have shady physical addresses

Eventually they sent the documents back to me saying the service is over lol
They didn't even bother to apologize, maybe they're too scared that id request a refund

NOT WORTH THE RISK, for $300 you can get a paralegal to show you and spouse where to sign.

Don't put yourself in this nightmare

I had to use the papers designed by Washington County Circuit Court in Tennessee. So I spent money for nothing. If you could please refund my money I would appreciate it.

Onlinedivorce.com is absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. To preface the story this is the first negative review I have ever left a business, I understand that mistakes may happen but when they repeatedly occur and no one will contact you or make any attempt to rectify a situation negative feedback will hopefully help future consumers from trusting them with their business.
My divorce was initiated in December of 2021 and both my husband and I were in agreement of the terms. We do not have any children or joint assets and felt like a simplified divorce was the best way to go. The first negative experience was; I had a question about what information I needed to fill out and called customer service. They told me to "leave the area blank" which caused a month long delay because the paperwork needed to be sent back to me and the circuit court number did in fact need to be filled out. It takes about 15 business days for them to respond. There have been other hiccups along the way but as I stated mistakes happen and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I have had to repeatedly (almost every evening) call customer service to update me on the progress of my case for the past 3 weeks I was told that the documents were approved and waiting to be shipped to the courts. I was frustrated that they were sitting around for 3 weeks just to be mailed and was told a supervisor would be contacting me. I set a time for "Jhon" (the supervisor) to call on 3 different occasions. He missed every appointment that we had and his communication skills are horrific. It is beyond me how someone such as this can be a supervisor in customer service. Today I received an email that some of my paperwork was "misplaced" and not only did I have to get documents notarized again, I also need to pay for additional shipping. I am amazed that this company is still in business. The only thing they are good at is prolonging the divorce process and charging extra fees. Please select another business for divorce assistance. I wish I had done better research before I trusted them.
