I would really love to know how sending an e-mail justifies $30.00 per ticket in service fees and a $7.50 charge just to email them to me. Ridiculous!

After selecting my tickets I found that there were over 30 additional dollars in fee's and services. Which with all due respect is a bit excess in my opinion considering that the tickets by themselves were $33x2, with a $10.95 service charge per ticket and then a handling fee of $7.50 for downloading them (which by the way was the only option offered by the company). Other than their pricing model I have not yet attended the game. I can say to anyone considering to purchase tickets be prepared to pay extra. I will not buy from this company again.

A decent experience

It was a bit frustrating, because I was $20 short for the tickets I was originally going to purchase, and I was going to put the $20 in the bank in the morning, but by the next morning (within 10 hours) the service fee jumped from $60-something to $100, and I could no longer afford the tickets. I ended up having to get different seats that were further away. So, that was a bit frustrating. Other than that it was a pretty good experience. Thank you.

Sticker shock $$

I received my tickets quickly and the ordering process was smooth. Shocked at the difference on the ticket when I printed it and what I paid for it. Nearly double. That was disappointing. I thought I was ordering directly from the venue.

I thought I was dealing with the Bass ticket sales agent because that's where Google sent me when i asked for Bass Concert Hall tickets. After tax, nearly 90% markup, and ticket bears someone else's name! Be careful who you are dealing with.
