Buyer be aware: Your seat assignments may not show up until you purchase and download or receive your tickets. Also (in my case), the name of the original buyer is on the tickets I plan to give as a gift. I've got a bit of explaining to do but must admit the seats are wonderful if no one is already sitting there on performance night!
I carefully chose tickets for an event at the Kimmel Center and paid almost $500 for three tickets. When I went to download them the next day, I noticed they were "Obstructed" views. This never appeared as I clicked on the seating chart to choose the tickets. It was hidden as "limited" view on the confirmation after I went through payment, etc. I did not notice it because I did not know to look for it at that late date. Trickery. Well planned by them. No chance of exchange.
I made 2 orders from this companies website and OMG, I WISH I HADN'T. On the website I selected a suite... a specific number located on the seating map. I was sent tickets to a suite from an entire different side/end of the venue! TOTALLY CHANGED THE VIEW I THOUGHT I WAS PAYING FOR! Customer service stated I paid for a suite and that it did not specify the suite number just any old suite and it wasn't guaranteed. I could have gotten better seats for less money. Does this company not understand how deceptive this is! The view is what you are paying for! Also sent the wrong tickets to the wring date! I would stick with Stub Hub, Ticket Master or more reputable companies. This company has OUTRAGEOUS fees and you may not be getting what you thought you paid for... NO REFUNDS NO CANCELLATION. JUST BEND OVER AND TAKE IT!

Ticket prices are inflated - be cautious - this site makes you think you are buying on ticket master - but you are not. Watch your browsing searches carefully.
We paid $64 per ticket after all of the ridiculous fees you add on to print the tickets to find that the tickets are worth $20 each (printed on the actual ticket)... you have to be kidding me. We will not be using or recommending your site in the future.

I was unsure whether or not I wanted to get tickets or not, once I got on this site my mind was made up. I got the tickets and am now looking forward to the concert
I couldn't find estimate of handling fee for my purchase prior to going onto next step of purchase process. Since I wasn't t sure I would be able to get out of order at that point since posted warnings implied I wouldn't be able to, I had to call their phone order line to get estimate. Turned out to be about 30% for my order which was within my budget so went back on-line to finish order. However, it was frustrating and a waste of my and their rep's time when they could easily have put an estimated range or specifically address if you can back out if additional handling fee is too much. I still do not know for sure if I would be able to back out or not if it would have been out of my budget.
Watch out for the outrageous service charge you will get hit with! We booked a show in vegas only to see on our bill a service charge 12x the service charge from the casino. All this for seats much worse than we could have got directly from the casino. When I called immediately after the purchase I was told nothing I could do. I was stuck with my purchase. We are working with our credit card company to dispute! Needless to say we will never use this service again.
While the fee was expensive I still spent less than I would have on any other site I was checking. The process was simple and the E-tickets were delivered within a matter of minutes. I tried buying tickets to my event the day they went on sale. I was in a virtual waiting room for 20 minutes and the seats I wanted were gone in the first two minutes. I knew I would be paying more than face value, but I am still pleased with the price. I will use this site again if I come across a similar situation.

Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November

Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
