I paid $75 for tickets that printed out saying $29. I also paid an extra $7.50 for the INSTANT DOWNLOAD option and still had to send an email hours later asking for the tickets. I will not use this as a ticket source again.

Ordered online tickets Dec. 12 (For Dec. 26 show & paid in full; promised delivery on Dec. 24 - I contacted Online City Tickets to request earlier delivery; they then said, Dec. 25. I contacted them 4 times prior to my flight to Edmonton; tried online chat; spoke to agent Dec. 25 who said I'd have tickets in morning; on day of show, Dec. 26, I still did not have tix (7 hours prior to show) so, cancelled. Deeply disappointed; these were supposed to be Christmas tix. |
In the meantime received DAILY emails about other shows I might like to see.
Even after cancelling - they sent emails suggesting other shows.
My money was refunded to my credit card 4 days after cancelling.

The process to purchase was very simple, but I was disappointed that instant download of e-tickets was not available. 30% service charge added to the ticket price is very steep.

I got completely screwed. Tix were delayed in delivery and then they did a total bait and switch. Gave me seats in back row when I purchased expensive floor level. I am livid and never using them again.

We purchased 2 tickets to a local concert via this despicable website service. The only information given to us was a section and row number for the event. Once we receive the tickets, which was some lame credit card style ticket with still no information that our 2 seats were together. Once I asked this company if I could find out if our 2 seats were actually together I was promptly told that they wouldn't guarantee section, row or seat number. Best to stay away from this company. Charging 75$ per seat then saying they will not do anything is beyond absurd.
