The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Bought wife tickets for Christmas... Tickets never showed! It took 2 days to even get a hold of someone to solve the problem because customer service wont even answer your call unless it is the day before your show... They finally reissued tickets and they were for the wrong show... Had to call again so they could contact the seller and get the correct show. They then sent those to me only to call me back 2 hours later saying that they have to reissue the tickets now for the 4th time because the Bar code is wrong! Only if it stopped at that point... this time they reissued the wrong tickets AGAIN! So I got the pleasure of sitting on HOLD for 30 min while they tried to figure this out! I paid TWICE the face value in service charges to get this kind of incompetent service? Of course they aren't willing to reimburse the service fees... Instead they want to send me a $40 service credit for the next time I use their company! Ya not going to ever happen... get a CLUE!
Great online tickets site for shows. Easy to use. Not too happy w the fee amount but what is most confusing is the tickets are not in my name. They are in a stranger's name ive never heard of!
I was looking for something exciting a different to do for Valentine's day and found tickets for sale for the upcoming BonJovi Concert in my town. I have never bought from you guys before and it was quite easy and effortless with tickets delivered next day. I will use this service again
I was able to place my order fast and with ease. I received emails advising of my confirmation and with follow up emails.
Where are the actual tickets - I will be happy to say something nice when I actually received my tickets - until this is all I have to say. Thank you.
The site was very easy to follow and simple to use. I would recommend to anyone with even with little computer experience.
Purchased my tickets on Sunday one week before the event. It was easy to find the tickets and the seating I was looking for. Purchasing the ticket was also a breeze took maybe 5 minutes total to find my ticket and enter payment information. My ticket came in the mail in just 2 business days.
It was easy and fast purchase and download of tickets. I'll will recommend everyone to try it! You cannot go wrong.
Trying to find tickets was not really that easy until you used the interface for a little bit, also my tickets came later than expected but still came in good condition and in a timely manner.
Love Brantley Gilbert n I can not wait to see him in Evansville Indiana on February 23 of 2017 n I love his music I turn the radio up every time I hear his music
My Mom bought some tickets from them for Cirque du Soleil Ovo. She paid 167$ per ticket. I find out and start looking on line for tickets. Tickemaster has better seat, much better seats for $130. I try 15 mins after she bought them to cancel the order. On hold for about 20 mins. They say no. I try to beg a supervisor, they put me on hold 10 more mins, they say no. Which I guess we did agree to, so our bad. They say our only option is to resell them. Well we don't get the tickets until 2 days before the event! How the heck am I going to sell them that way. Grrrr... just mad I guess.
So far, so good. Waiting to receive email tickets. Easy to use, seats on map look to be in an excellent location. Will post another review after concert.
Easy & quick... I would recommend this business to anyone looking for on-line ticket sales.
I'm not so sure about this rating experience as it required a 100 character comment, that takes away from the experience.
The order shows I will not receive my tickets until 5 days before the concert so unsure how good the experience is. I would like to verify what my tickets include and do not have a way to verify this. More information needs to be given.
Cannot say anything good about their service. In our experience, they've been nothing but rude, offensive and ignorant to deal with. After dealing with OCT, it's likely far cheaper to purchase tickets from less professional scalpers who only seek double the face value.
I was totally unaware that I was purchasing the tickets in the states? I live in Canada and was purchasing Tickets for a concert in Canada. I only noticed after I purchased the tickets.
So far, so good. Can't really review until event occurs on Feb 19 and my grandchildren enjoy. I have not used this service before, so cannot anticipate
What my experience will be.
I appreciated the option of asking the site to follow up to make sure i was satisfied with their service. I'm always a little nervous using my credit card on line.
The site and purchase was easy to navigate. However, the additional fees were not indicated before hand, nor were they itemized in bill, and were excessive per ticket.
Good service good price, tickets were delivered in a timely manner and correct venue, easy instructions to follow.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
