The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

The prices were reasonable and the way they displayed the seating in the arena and the available seats were a great convenience when trying to purchase the best available tickets. I highly recommend this service.
Gives me all the choices for me to pick my price, level and row to see the event. I know I will enjoy the concert and come out happy in the end.
I was somewhat nervous using this for the first time but process was quick & easy. I just wish tickets were in my name but I'm glad you explained that in the email. I already printed out the tickets. I would use again.
I like how it was so easy to order anything online. Top site. I probably will recommend my friends to buy tickets off the web page.
Do not buy tickets through these fraudsters! They lie and charge additional fees after you click the purchase button. My bill said $58 for both tickets and they charged me over $80! SCAM!
I find the lower prices compare with others, the pay method was very quick and also the answer by mail for me an excellent page.
Easy ordering for sure. But a few issues. 1. website specifically stated there would be email re price as prices vary, but we were not informed of actual price until our card was charged... 2. the website specifically stated there had to be a name on the ticket, ours or otherwise, in order to be valid, but it had to have a name; ours did not. 3. i rec'd 3 emails with a link to download and print the tickets(?). I did email online city tickets and rec'd an email that yes indeed the tickets would be valid without a name; but it was not addressed as to why I rec'd so many emails telling me to download tickets. Time will tell-- our event is not until October will update then. Maybe these things just seem confusing to first time user; if the tickets actually are good for admittance I will then give 5 star rating because it really was easy!
I was buying tickets for my wife's Birthday and Mothers Day and was not too sure about buying e-tickets but was pleased with the whole process. The price per ticket was good... but the processing fee was kind of a shocker but was still cheaper than other sites.
Straightforward to use, easy and fast. My first time with SiteJabber, I would recommend it to anyone.
Your service was excellent. Thank you. The only complaint I have is I clicked on a lower amount but charged higher than I was supposed to be charged. Looking forward to seeing the concert :)
Everything went threw made since didnt need to call and ask questions it was an easy site to get to I would go to the website again for tickets
I was vey please with the service provided EXCEPT the special delivery charge for the tickets. How else would you get your tickets if not at the box office, will call if you order the ticket's the day of the show. That should not be considered Special Delivery they were not DELIVERED they were picked up. Other than unnecessarily adding another charge to the fee's the concert was Amazing.
It was my first time to this ticket site and it was quick and easy and the prices were good. Will use this website again when looking for concert tickets in the future
Making my grandson Jack very happy. He's going to be 2 years old in July. He absolutely loves Paw Patrol. Got my tickets emailed to me the next afternoon! I just wanted to say thank you in advance for your time.
The service provided have been a good experience thus far. This is the first time attending a concert using a electrinic method. I hope all goes well from here on out. I will be using these services in the future
I received my tickets within a couple hours of payment. I appreciate the follow up of the website to make sure I received the tickets as well. Thank you!
I wasn't sure how this was going to work out but I got my tickets and was happy with the price and delivery and I will use online city tickets again in the future
I found the website easy to navigate. And conveniently received tickets within a few days...
Thanks
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
