Very Easy

I purchased my tickets on line and within minutes I had the download. I've noticed a lot of complaints about the Service Fee not being clearly stated. Had these folks reviewed their order before placing it I believe they would have seen it as clearly as I did. I would have given 5 stars except I would have liked an option to place the tickets on my smart phone so I wouldn't have to carry a piece of paper. Not a deal breaker though.

Service fee was $370 USD for 4 tickets priced at $304 USD each
We felt mislead as the fee was not clear that it was for EACH TICKET
Contacted CUSTOMER SUPPORT... basically had no support for the customer except to check with my bank on exchange rates. They reassured me that their service fee was the lowest... BLAH BLAH BLAH
Would NEVER book through ONLINE CITY TICKETS again... and we are spreading the word to many Canadians in multiple provinces looking to acquire US Tickets..

Fees are high, but easy purchase and very fast delivery! Bought 2 tickets for Quadrophenia feat. Pete Townshend, Billy Idol and Alfie Boe for my hubby for Fathers Day! He is going to GO NUTS! Been begging for me to go with him and I SAID NO! Ha ha He is going to be SO SURPRISED!

Price was better than some of the sites... still wish it was illegal to buy up and
Resell tickets. I'd rather just get them straight from Ticketmaster for the real price
Even if I can't be online at 10 am the day the tickets go on sale. But I'm in to see

I paid an entire $100 for processing. For that kind of price tag for only processing one would believe it wouldn't take very long to process the order and then get a receipt. Especially when this review is part of a confirmation email. It's great you are all set up to take care of yourself, how about the customer?

Service charge? Wtf

For a struggling student like me a service charge that expensive without an explanation is bull$#*!. I couldn't afford the insurance of 30$ so this service charge was a slap to the face, i downloaded my own tickets and printed them myself what is this service charge for?!?! Wont be using online city tickets for my future ticket purchasing needs... very disappointed, seems like its just a money grabbing ploy.
