The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Fast and efficient except the request to leave reviews are VERY tedious. Please stop insisting for more reviews. Will force me to use another vendor in the future.
Could be more detailed about seating chat. I would have liked option to have the tickets mailed rather than downloading them and printing
Difficulty ascertaining total price. I ordered 4 tickets in mezzanine right center for $271 each for the 2pm show on January 13,2018 and was charged over $1400. Where did the extra cost come in? I did not order insurance.
Easy to use. Ticket master was terrible to use, so I decided to go directly to the source. Thank you for making it easy to use and a choice of good tickets. I will definitely use your site again. Can't wait to see Morrissey at the Hollywood Bowl.
Quick and easy! Had the tickets I was looking for, made it easy to purchase and the confirmation email was instantaneous.
There was no hassle got what I wanted and all was good.
Only idea I would suggest, if at all possible, show row and seat number in pricing with your chart. I would have paid more to set in middle of row 32 had I known that $74 and $80 was same row end seats vs middle set. This is my 1st time to Red Rocks and didn't know the lay out. Still very happy and I hear there isn't a BAD seat in this venue.
When I purchased my tickets the morning of the concert, they were delivered electronically right away. Everything seemed great. I purchased 3 of 4 seats in box 30. Expensive but worth the splurge for my son's first concert. The three of us arrived at the venue about 40 minutes after the doors opened. When they scanned our tickets at the gate, they told us 1 of the 3 tickets had already been scanned in 20 minutes earlier. I was shocked and devastated. At this point, we couldn't see the concert together as planned and I was out several hundred dollars. We went to the box office to see if they could somehow help us understand what was happening. After waiting for about 45 more minutes, we learned now 2 of the 3 tickets I purchased had been scanned in which left us with only 1 "valid" ticket. Very stressful experience and disappointing to learn the tickets I purchased were double sold. Due to this experience, I won't purchase through online city tickets again.
I paid for tickets but they never showed in my e- mail so I couldn't print them therefore I didn't get to go to the show very unhappy! Kevin davis
This site was really easy to use and I found the right price for me. I am beyond excited and ready to go and live it up at this concert. This site was really easy to use my grandma could probably of used it. I like it a lot.
The ordering process and delivery was extremely easy and convenient. Online ordering was nice and easy with all details easily accessible.
Not bad at all. Having to write a one hundred character review of how my order went is very tedious and unnecessary. Not that one hundred characters is a lot by any means, i just feel that I can get my point across with a few choice words. "Not bad at all", which coming from me is basically a standing ovation. So here I am still writing this review that has been the worst part of my experience so far. I would drastically lower the amount of stars I have given originally but that would mean scrolling up to the top of the page and making more work for myself which I do not care to do. Is that one hundred? That is all. I hope this helps... But not reality.
Im super stoked to see my favorite artist thanks to yall. Its going to be an amazing concert, even if it was expensive it was worth it.
My ticket had been refunded and I did not get to go into the event until I went to the box office and purchased a ticket there for $72! So disappointing to stand at the gate and with everyone else in my group go on in! BAD PLACE TO GET TICKETS!
If I could give them a 0 I would. Had tickets to Tom Petty for last Wednesday. We get all the way to the venue to find out that he rescheduled for the following Monday due to having laryngitis. Well I work in an Emergency Dept and work the day he rescheduled for. I can't just change my schedule around. I had to specifically request the original Wed off. Anyhow, I call Online City Tickets and the lady was unbelievably rude. Told me to try and sell the tickets myself. Also said that on their website it clearly says concerts can be changed at any time and it's "your (my) problem for not reading that". I will NEVER use them again
Very simple process. Picked seats and ordered tix in under 5 minutes. Got email confirmation right away.
Great experience, It was easy and fast I don't like that my name is not on the tickets but as long as I can get in with no problems it should be okay
This is the easiest ticket buying website I've ever used. Thanks for designing such a user-friendly platform.
It was quick and effiencent. They had very easy options too choose from and the reviews where nice because there are a lot of scammers but it is nice to know it is in your hands.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
