Shocked at service fees

It didn't show the service fees until the end of the order. Would not have gone thru this site. 30% for service fees and why did I get charged a fee for downloading? And too vague as to the row setting. I believe most would want to know exact seats at the time of purchase.

Disappointed

I accidentally ordered two tickets instead of 3, and I can't cancel my order. I'd be charged twice for the service and flash fees, and the seats won't even be together. Very disappointing for my daughter to find out daddy won't be going with us for her birthday.

I HAVE NOT GOT MY TICKETS YET BUT SEEMS TO BE OKAY WILL SEE WHEN TICKETS COME IN NEW YEAR SERVICE CHARGE NOT ON SITE WAS SHOOKED HOW MUCH AND DID NOT KNOW. THE TICKETS ARE IN CANADA AND I HAD TO PAY USA MONEY THE SITE DID NOT SAY IT WAS USA MONEY

Hidden Service Fee

You don't know what you're really paying for tickets until it's too late.

My fee was 30%. Far too high - this is the service company making a huge payout because they know how to make a website. Come-on. Show the fee upfront, and make it something more reasonable.
