This is an absolute criminal organization. I filed a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General because they quoted me one price then when I checked my account they had taken out an extra $540.00 out of my account. The costumer support is non-existent. I still haven't gotten my money back. My suggestion would be to never use this company even if they have cheap ticket prices.

It was a good experience overall but too much time to be completed...way too much steps...no one can wait that much before paying a ticket...we loose precious time...furrhermore what s the purpose of all these marketing effort...you try way too hard...

Excellent service and satisfaction service. Took time but worth waiting gave me a better price as I was traveling Internationally. The agents that assisted me were all very patient with all my questions and answered all.

My son called me and referred me to the site for a recent flight to San Jose. He said the price was the best he'd seen and I should book it right away. I immediately got on the site and within a few minutes I was booked. Easy, simple, everything went smoothly from there until we got home.

You know i am facing the same problem, i phone half day, they put me on line half day, ask me the number but never call back. I got nowhere and was met by one frustration after another. Three supervisor hold me on line more then one hour. How many people talk to me? Sienna, innis, Elizabeth, Heidi, Tiffany, Dennis... they all promise won't let me wait long, but after hold never show up again...

Screwed me out of 20 bucks. How can you be in the middle of booking a flight and have the ole swicharoo at the very end. Then when you try to find another flight they all go up at the same time. The site is hard to follow. You are never sure when you are booked or what they are doing with your card info. You get a VERY hard sell for rent-a-cars and hotels before the transaction is complete and I had to exit out of the page because the wanted me to confirm that I did not want extras (trip protections, seat choice, etc...) all after booking. I mean I searched for this site and am complaining and those SOBs still have not sent me email confirmation. The correct amount was taken out of my bank, but I don't trust these bastards not to go in the cookie jar with the excuse that I should have confirmed that so-and-so extra was not declined

Fraudsters

I booked a flight with them and tried to cancel within their 24hr window and was told its not 24 hr its 4 hr. I was then told by another agent that as long as i purchased the service i would have to pay a cancellation fee, even if its one minute after i purchased.
What a load of crap! Never again!

Book an air line ticket and got confirmation. Next day received another confirmation for an additional charge for selecting seats (which I did not). Called One Travel and woman said she would credit, I was a bit skeptical and sure enough, it was not done. Called back this company and was transferred to another so called department and left on hold... Do not use this company

Terrible service

The service for OneTravel is terrible. We missed our flight because the agent gave us the wrong information after we called to book a flight. They said over the phone that it will be 11:00 AM flight from the airline company but after checking the email confirmation it was actually 7:00 AM departure time. We could not make it to the actual flight because it was too late when we checked the email. So we called the company and had to pay extra for another flight. Their service is very bad. Don't use OneTravel for your traveling needs.

From the moment I received the alert that my flight was available at a reduced rate, I booked it, received confirmation and was able to print my information. Once at the airport my connections (3) all went well. No complications with anything and my luggage arrived at each end as requested. Very satisfied.

One travel.com is a scam!

I tried booking a flight on frontier airlines from Trenton Airport to Orlando and during my check out process I actually received an unsolicited phone call from someone at Onetravel.com telling me there were no seats available on the flights I was booking and tried to get me to make reservations out of a different airport with a different airline at higher rates. She couldn't find flights that met my needs so I thanked her and hung up. Afterwards I went onto the airline website direct and was able to make reservations on the flights I wanted no problem!

These people are truly running a scam. BEWARE. Be warned.

They try to hustle you and basically mislead you afterwards. I'd say it's dangerous to give these people your info. Cancel your card if you gave them the number.

I would recommend everyone to use one travel.com to purchase tickets to any parts of the world. The representative was very knowledgeable in helping me with my purchase. After my trip, I received a courtesy call from Sally and I was very impressed how she asked her questions. These are the kind of people you want to do business with. Has said previously I would recommend everyone to use travelone.com as their site for purchasing tickets.If I was to buy another ticket just now my first choice would be travelone.com.

For the first time I used an intermediatory for my travel, thinking it would be convenient and provide extra options. Wrong- there is no benefit in using them. I attempted to contact the airline to cancel a flight and could not get through. I had insurance *provided through them but I could not get through. They would not refund my fare as my flight had departed. I paid an airfare for myself and my daughter and our insurances and lost this money. I had to fight to get my money back for the return flight, only got a portion of it. They failed to respond to my emails. Also check your credit card statement for hidden charges. Just book from the airline directly.

I booked on their site and was charged. When I tried to log in, my account didn't exist. Never received a confirmation number for my flight and when I contacted the company, they did not respond.

But they were sure to take the Money from my card and I receive junk mail from them.

I am lost on confirmation of what has been competed. My credit card has been hit a number of times when selecting seats. I called a representative to help, I got transferred was placed on hold but was not muted on your end, could hear office people but no one would attend to my call

OneTravel attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I booked flight two months ago.
20 days ago they sent me an email for schedule change. Our trip was today morning, and our new tickts went 9 hours before our first flight! (at that time here was midnight and we thought that we never get new tickets). It was impossible to pack and catch the plane for that short time.

For all of you who are looking this agency to book something, just go away, and never ever book something here.
