I am on the phone with them right now. Again. 1.5 hours earlier to book a flight. It was confirmed. Then changed... No problem. Then I get the email that it was unavailable. 6 hours later. This is a trip from Texas to Africa with my kids. I'm not running to Vegas for a weekend. The CSR's are imbeciles. Got Travelocity queued up.

Stay away from this travel company! When we went to check in the day before our flight we noticed the last name was spelled wrong. Called and spoke to a customer service rep (in India) that said it would be 65.00 to add a "R" in the last name. Asked to talk to his supervisor and he said the wait would be 1 hour. I told him never mind I will take my chance at the airport and I was going to let everyone know on the internet not to use this horrible company and hung up. One minute later my phone rang and he said they will change it for 25.00. We paid the money because we were stuck but never again will I use one travel again.

I have never made a BIGGER MISTAKE IN MY LIFE. Not even getting married to my first wife. That was a piece of cake compared to what these con artist are trying to do. The airline made a scheduled flight change so onetravel.com needed to re-issue the ticket, a routine transaction, it happens all the time. I called them and they said they would call me back in 24 to 48 hours or I would have to pay for a re-issued ticket. Just for the record, when an airline makes a change to their schedule, the ticket needs to be re-issued without any cost. It is automatic. I am not sure what they would have done if my flight was tomorrow morning! I can only imagine they would have said to change my date of travel so that I can give them enough time to call me back. Of course this is a scam to drive your patience and finally agree to their EXTORTION. I have been on hold for 1hour since the agent said she would try to talk to someone. I will bet my life that if I leave my phone on all night on hold tomorrow morning I will still be on hold. Again, THIS IS THE WORST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE!
Please DO NOT make the same mistake. Go directly to the airline you will get the same rate or better and no MAFIA middle man.

Update: The agent just came back to the phone and said they could not get through to Air Canada so nothing would be done. Not only did I give her the number that Air Canada answers in less than 5 minutes I asked her if I could re-issue the ticket now and pay the additional charge. YES, you guessed it my friends, A MIRACLE, it could be done right now on the spot. I am on hold again because the agent said she needed to report the AC # that I gave her and see what could be done.

I would go on with this HORROR STORY but I think we all can guess as to what the outcome will be.

DON'T DO IT / BECOME AN ALCOHOLIC OR A REPUBLICAN!

A fairness final update. I continued to wait ( what choice did I have) and finally I believe I wore them down. They were able to re-issue the ticket. I will now go and pray for all of the future persons that make the same mistake I did.

I booked a flight for a date in June. The representative called back and offered me a flight that would save me $44 so I accepted. Turns out he booked me for a flight in May. When I called to fix it, they said I had to pay $2oo to change it. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After an hour on hold, she reviewed the phone conversation and said they acknowledged their mistake and fixed it. I will never use this company again.

One travel is quite possibly the worst honorable travel website, when I booked mt flight through them their website was confusing and I thought signed up for a flight from Orlando to buffalo at 1 o'clock but it was from Chicago to buffalo 1:15 and my first flight was at 10:30am which I couldn't make it on time to. I called and tried to straighten this error out and they said I would have to buy a whole new flight and I'm out the money. Then they said they would connect me with their supervisor and left me sitting on the phone for 35 minutes without any talk with this supervisor. This website is a scam very confusing and wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy! And as far as the person in customer service who I spoke with... I hope someone gives you the same respect you have shown me you rude person..

Worst experience I've ever had booking a plane ticket. The price was higher than going to the airline direct, they tried to charge me $11.95 to reserve a seat but they booked a flight code (cheap ticket) that doesn't allow you to reserve a seat. Customer service - I was on terminal hold for 40 minutes trying to clarify if I could check a bag with the fare code they sold me - they couldn't tell me. They say guarantee low price but would not guarantee the price and failed to tell you they purchased a deep discount ticket doesn't include food, seat selection or baggage.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! OVER 6 HOURS ON HOLD & GETTING HUNG UP ON! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN ANY CASE WHATSOEVER! This company is really a mess. Still trying to get my money back from their mistake.

I have spent 6 plus hours trying to straighten out mistakes they made in my first simple reservation. I have waited on hold for 20 mins to an hour 5 times only to be place on hold again three times I then haf my call mysteriously cut off. The other two times I was told the problem would be taken care of and they would send me an email. Not email ever came in. It has not been taken care of. Was promised if I gave them my number a customer served rep would follow up in a couple hours. Never have had them call me back. The company suggests you use the website. I went through web chat--entered information with them and never got a response from the agent. This truly is insane. I can see how they would make money by folks simply giving up. I would suggest you not do business with these folks as they are really not running a business.

The occasional 5 star ratings for this website are plants by the company. I decided to use them thinking my situation was simple and it could not possibly be screwed-up by a legitimate company, regardless of how incompetent they might be. They booked my flight, took my money, then canceled my flight and sent an email to me telling me to contact them for a refund. I have tried for two days, but when I reach a person and explain my call, I am ALWAYS put on hold and no one ever returns to talk to me. I have spent more than ten hours on hold over the last two days (per my cell phone records). They have stolen my $550. These people are here only to stay a while and steal as much money as they can before they move on. Stay away!

Screwed me out of 20 bucks. How can you be in the middle of booking a flight and have the ole swicharoo at the very end. Then when you try to find another flight they all go up at the same time. The site is hard to follow. You are never sure when you are booked or what they are doing with your card info. You get a VERY hard sell for rent-a-cars and hotels before the transaction is complete and I had to exit out of the page because the wanted me to confirm that I did not want extras (trip protections, seat choice, etc...) all after booking. I mean I searched for this site and am complaining and those SOBs still have not sent me email confirmation. The correct amount was taken out of my bank, but I don't trust these bastards not to go in the cookie jar with the excuse that I should have confirmed that so-and-so extra was not declined

This site is a scam! Stay away from them. This company is engaged in bait and switch practices. I booked a flight for me and my husband, for "x" amount, but at the time of check out, they doubled the price. I tried a different flight and although the price was one, at the time of check out this second option, they doubled the price again. This has never happened to me with Travelocity or Expedia. I am back to them!

I just hope these rats don't dare to charge my husband's credit card.

They cancelled my returning flight booking number *******, without a phone call. I was stranded and had to rent a car to drive home. I contacted the airline, whom of which refund OneTravel of the entire roundtrip ticket for MY inconvenience. It has been weeks of phone calls and emails and all I seem to get is "leave a message we are too busy right now"! DO NOT EVER USE THIS SCAM OF A TRAVEL COMPANY.

They automatically gave me flights for alternate dates (My time was not flexible). I book the cheapest one because I never clicked alternate dates. I book, they say I have four hours to cancel, so I call within seconds. Get roadblocked on the phone by an automated voice asking me for a PIN I never had. Twice. So I email, and they say a representative will call in a few hours. A week later, still no answer. I've been trying to call, email, and live chat for a week with absolutely no responses. $#*!tiest "cheap flights" ever, would never recommend, I hope they go out of business.

Terrible and extremely slow customer service. Hours on hold, transferring to the right area which is the wrong area. Charging $300 to change a flight which is normal and then another $195 agent fee. When questioned why the agent fee and why so much then all of a suddenly the fee is $50 less.
The airlines can't help you because your file is locked ot Onetravel so they can't help with changes. This Site/agency is a SCAM and a total mess. Nothing is achieved and nothing is clear.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY!

I was using this site first time. I booked two ticket and spend almost $3000 for it. When I got my credit card statement it was saying they have charged me lot more. When I called them they explained me that the amount been charged was in Canadian dollar, the different was huge. So i strongly suggest that before booking ticket with this guys double check the actual price in your currency because I am sure it will cost you less if you book through your local agent. Once you have paid for your ticket it will really hard to talk to there guys.

FRAUDULENT website!

FRAUDULENT website! DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY (OR CHEAP AIR WHICH THEY STARTED TO ANSWER THE PHONE WITH).
I was looking for a good fare and checked out this site. I chose a flight, started to book it by putting in some of my information, then decided I'd better check the reviews before finalizing the booking.

THE REVIEWS were BAD BAD BAD, so I went back to the "OneTravel" tab on my browser and started to delete my information. I tried over and over again, but the site DOESN'T allow deletions. I had NOT submitted my reservation yet,, I couldn't delete my information, so I just closed out of the site.

Then I got aan email confirmation from OneTravel for a purchase I didn't make! I replied three times to three different emails they sent me. I never received an answer to any of them, not even "this site doesn't reply."

I immediately started a dispute with American Express. OneTravel is fighting it, so I started a second dispute today. When I tried to call OneTravel, they kept me on hold for at least five minutes before I finally got... no, not a representative, but a message saying they were too busy to take my call and I had to try again later.

In my opinion, this company's website is set up for FRAUDULENT practices, and backed up by a system of "Let's frustrate the customer until s/he finally gives up in frustration.

STAY AWAY AND WARN YOUR FRIENDS.
