I bought ticket and they mention it's canadian dollar charge but they charged me usd dollars and then when I asked to cancle that bc it was waaayyyy expensive rather other flight they said it's nonrefundble. So basically the flight I booked was the most expensive flight for the destination I was looking for, but bc they didn't mention the usd $besode that I thought it's reliable price which wasn't,,, won't buy again from them
Helen did a great job helping with my booking. She was very patient and double checked everything thoroughly to be sure it was accurate. She was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
Awful customer service tried to cancel my booking two times and they would just end the call without saying anything, don't older any solution definitely I'm not traveling with company ever again
I thought with this site I had found the cheapest roundtrip flights for a family vacation to Africa I could find. If that's what you're thinking as well don't bother. Please do not use any 3rd party booking, buy your tickets directly from the airline company and just foot the extra cost you're looking to save on. It's better to be safe than sorry.
This site has hidden fees, unclear cost, conversion rates, speculative charging, the list goes on. Personally, I think they keep this puzzling way of operating in order to trap you on purpose.
I bought my tickets and they didn't bother mentioning that they charge USD. I had to find out after i was humiliated when I when to pay housing bills and got rejected in front of everyone because my account was maxed out. By me using my canadian card, I am subject to conversion rates and extra hidden fees due them making the uncalled effort of converting my CAD to USD. Then when I asked to cancel they add cancellation fees of around 500.00 to each ticket I bought. Oh! Plus they have the nerve to tell me they'll be giving me my money back in billing cycles which can take weeks or month. Thanks for ruining my trip :)

I booked a flight for my house helper (Booking Confirmation Number - *******)
Her flight from Flight 806 appears in my booking with Airline Confirmation:
3ONEOH on 1 Nov but when she arrived Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
They told her that the flight is changed to 31 Oct and I don't get any notification about that and
Now she stuck at the airport
And I book for her the nearest ticket on Sunday 7 Nov
And pay for her 5 night at the airport hotel
That cost me more that 1000$
Just because I trust your bad agent
I call you staff at customer service the left me hold on more than one hour international call without reply
This has already been resolved for the customer

It is one of the best pages where you can find th best flights with good price and very good service. I used it and I know that I am going to use again it as a frequent traveler
First of all, it took one hour to resolve my issue on the phone with customer service, which cost me $30 in international calls. Second, becuase the pricing some how changed on their end during my booking process, the booking did not go through WHILE I WAS AT THE AIRPORT and I had to then wait 7 hours for my new flight and pay another $100 for a new ticket. Lastly, every time I use their service (which I will no longer be doing), I am resubscribed to their spam emails. And I have to constantly unsubscribe.

I made a flight booking through One Travel, and received a booking confirmation, with booking reservation number. When I arrived in transit at the Bogota airport, I was told at the check in counter that I was not on this flight. Obviously very stressed, I was able to get a wifi signal at a restaurant and get in contact with One Travel customer service representatives, who told me that my credit card had not been able to be charged, but it was no problem, I could simply buy a ticket direct from the airline there at the airport! I had not received any email or notification whatsoever that my payment had not been successful, and therefore had no idea that I was not booked onto this flight. Looking back, the only thing I can see is that the booking confirmation email had 'pending' in the E ticket number box. So I then spend the next 10 hours in the airport attempting to find and book a reasonably priced flight to my destination, which ended up being 50% more expensive than the flight I had originally booked months earlier (at least I believed I had booked it, considering I received an email titled "booking confirmation").
This was the poorest customer service I have received from any kind of travel booking company, leaving me in a vulnerable situation in a foreign country with no flight.
This booking is from May, 2016 travel,. Customer's credit card could not be verified and several emails were sent to him advising to contact us. We go have a verification process on credit cards to prevent online fraud, and is for our customer's protection. We at times do require to speak with you, and if you are not available, we do send emails. On April 30, we did advise Daniel that you needed to speak with us, but we never heard back, so the reservation does have a ticketing time limit and did get cancel out.
I have had difficulty with my reservations in the past. Sara, was so kind to call n come up with the solution. I hope it works. One travel, needs five of Sara... she is patient n Awesone!

I tried to book an airline ticket on OneTravel.com. Booking confirmation email said to wait for the ticket email. Instead, I got an email from OneTravel, referencing a different booking number, that due to airline problems my ticket can not be booked. So far, so good - I figured, i'll try again.
Well, on the website OneTravel.com continued showing the same flights at the same cost as available for purchase, even though it has confirmed that these tickets can not be booked. Liars! Fine, I bought tickets through another agency.
Then I get a call from OneTravel, asking me to call them back about my booking. I know I don't expect any tickets from them, but they've got my credit card. After 20 minutes on hold the guy informs me that he is going to cancel my booking(?!), and refund my $10 which TravelOne charges upfront, regardless of performing any service, and apparently does not refund until the phone call.
I checked my credit card statement - there was in fact a charge for that amount, not a booking fee from TravelOne.com, but "Airline taxes feee" from an anonymous "Travel Agencies and Tour Operators". Exactly the kind of charge that's easy to overlook if one books a lot of travel. Nowhere on the TravelOne.com website was that upfront charge mentioned. It's a complete scam.
It took me a few weeks to get a better deal and the place I found it was through OneTravel. I am happy with how fast I was able to purchase my ticket with no extra hidden fees.
