Booked airfare for the family of six and unfortunately I had to change my departure date, so I bought insurance through them just in case, well something did come up and I had to change me departure date only and I called to no avail, was on hold for over 55 min. Finally someone answered and would only give me his first name who spoke with an English accent and very hard to understand so I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said to hold and hung up on me. I tried calling back the number he called me from and the number was no good. I tried for days calling and emailing and all I got was there's nothing we can do and call the insurance company so they can further assist you. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ONETRAVEL WEBSITE...

I have booked my flight back in Jan 2020. In April, I received a notification from OneTravel that my flight got cancelled and they are working on refunding my tickets. It has been more than 9 weeks already and I still didn't receive anything. Furthermore, I have been trying relentlessly for weeks to get in contact with them over the phone or email and still no success. Last time, I stayed over the phone for a little bit over two hours and then I heard someone finally picking up the phone but then immediately hung up on me. And to make things even worse, I received a notification from OneTravel on July 13th 2020, formulated in away as if I am the one who cancelled my booking. So, basically, the whole matter is nothing but a cheap scam from oneTravel, they cancel on you at the first place and then make you think that they are working a on your refund. However, weeks later, when you are done waiting for your refund and you ask for it, they pretend as if I am the one who cancelled, so that I got nothing for my booking. That is really unacceptable and utterly unprofessional, let alone being totally illegal. That was my first experience with OneTravel and definitely my last.

I booked with onetravel from Edmonton to Toronto to attend a funeral for my grandpa. I was given a total of 1,279.88 For both tickets. As I viewed my visa statements I noticed the total was $1,577. They did not send me a 24 hour check in email, so coming home the plane was over booked and we had to wait an hour for people to either no show.or volunteer to wait for the other plane. Very inconvenient to deal with after dealing with a funeral. When I called they informed me that because I booked with a Canadian visa I had to pay the USA currency rate. I'm sorry but when I am told a total of something I am purchasing, I expect to get the TOTAL! This should all be added into the total. That's why it's called TOTAL. I am not a happy customer. I asked if I was the only one with this issue and the representative told me yes. Now looking at the reviews I realize I am not the only one this has happened to. Onetravel needs to get their $#*! in order. It should be protocol to explain to the purchasing customer of any legalities such as the extra currency fee. Will never fly using onetravel again.

1) I submitted a review expressing my frustration with being severely price gouged on a rental car through Alamo via OneTravel. I paid $454.00 and my husband paid $197. For the same vehicle rented directly through Alamo.

2) A OneTravel customer service representative claimed there was no rental car and that I booked a flight which was cancelled due to an invalid credit card. SO... that said, OneTravel would rather spend their time and effort inventing fictional details than resolve a situation. (see my confirmation in the photos attached)

3) Neither the State Attny General in Florida or Nevada - HUGE TOURIST areas takes lightly: fraud, price gouging or bait and switch business practices.

I will never use this company ever again, I had nothing but trouble getting to my destination over seas. Almost all my flights got changed or switched and I wasn't even on the passenger list, according the airlines. The Airlines couldn't understand how I have a ticke and them not having me on their passenger list. When I would contact one travel they basically told me its not their problem and I had to contact the airline. Even though one travel was the cheapest, I will spend the extra money and to with Travelosity, Orbits, and Expidea, I have always had a great experience with all of them.

OneTravel they are great travel Booking Agency. I do recommend 100%

Worst experience of my life! Never ever use this travel agency. Missed my flight due to the airline and when the airline told me to get my refund from the travel agency they hung up on all my calls and still have yet to issue me a refund.

The agent, Patricia, was polite and patiently explained every step of the booking. She responded to my request for a discount to match a fare given today by the airline.

Seating price changed. I called the # and hold for long time. The first 4 time, phone turned down approx. 10 minutes. Finally I got the answer at fifth call.
