Terrible and extremely slow customer service. Hours on hold, transferring to the right area which is the wrong area. Charging $300 to change a flight which is normal and then another $195 agent fee. When questioned why the agent fee and why so much then all of a suddenly the fee is $50 less.
The airlines can't help you because your file is locked ot Onetravel so they can't help with changes. This Site/agency is a SCAM and a total mess. Nothing is achieved and nothing is clear.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY!

First thing, these people play a trick. On their web site they show you the cheapest fair, on the booking page you put your information including your cell no and email id, credit card no, once you press the book, it will say something like "Sorry your booking don't go through the price went up".

Within 5 min you will get a call from Indian call center(MOST PROBABLY). (HOW?) they got your number, that's why they want you to fill information so they can trick you. Now they will hike the price and try to convince that they have just 2 seat remaining. They played a game and charged you more (In my case they charged me almost $219 more than first shown on web site). After i booked the ticket i again search and find ticket $170 cheaper than i paid for.

Fine i was stupid, but worst thing is they put me on a sit by the restroom and its 21 hour flight from Houston to Singapore. I called them repeatedly to change at least my seating but they say its not possible.

In short they will make you fool, lie and make your travel experience pathetic, just to earn little more money

Nice job!I was recommended One travel from friends they are satisfied with. I'm great traveler so, wanted to buy a ticket and get to know if my friend's suggestions are true.

I need a wheelchair because I had a stroke. Didn't see that option. Need a seat closer to the front. Seat choices Didn't respond. Shouldn't have to pay. Every thing online
No one to talk with.

This was my first time booking a flight! It was very easy for a beginner like me. I will use it again

It's scam agent, I bought flight ticket clearly mentioned price in A$, but they charge me in USD. On calling customer support, I informed ticket is not refundable. It cost me A$ 100 extra.

No seat assignments which makes it hard for partner whose paralyzed on right side also no way to ask for wheelchair assistance.

I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THE WORST SERVICE IN REGARDS TO MAKING A NAME CORRECTION AND ALSO THEY ARE A FRAUD COMPANY THERE IS NO SUCH AIRLINE CALLED Hahn Air SYSTEMS. I varified this at the airport THERE REAL NAME IS VOLARIS AIRLINE. THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS OR THEY SAY THEY SENT YOU AN EMAIL AND NEVER DID. THEY ARE A COMPANY THAT WHATS TO SELL YOU ONLY. WHEN YOU ASK TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN ANOTHER DEPARTMENT THEY NEVER TRANSFER YOU.THEY ALWAYS PUT YOU ON HOLD FOREVER. THEY DONT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH. NEVER USE THIS AGENCY IT GOES BY AS CHEAP AIR OR ONE-TRAVEL

Worked quickly but not happy that I was billed in US dollars when Australian site did not show this. It ended up much more expensive than I was prepared for.

Worst travel site I've ever used. I booked a flight for September 13th, but when I got to the airport, they said that the flight they had on record for me was for October 11th. I showed them my email confirmation with the flight date listed as September 13th, but they said that something must have gone wrong with the booking site because their computers still showed my flight as the one in October. I had to pay a bunch of fees to get my ticket changed, and if I hadn't gotten to the airport as early as I did, I might have missed my flight. I will NEVER use OneTravel again.

I liked buying at onetravel, excellent prices, I was able to choose the time and date of the flight without any difficulty, I would recommend it excellently
