Surprising

My travel plans weren't too bad. I think what surprised me was when I got a call and then at the end I was told about future discounts; it was a pleasant surprise, although I didn't realize writing a review was part of the deal.

SUCKS!

I've purchased numerous tickets from this company and contacted regarding changing my flight. Don't try to help you whatsoever. Their customer service completely sucks. Your much better off using Cheapair or Expedia.

Easy Peasy

Was just googling around looking for the cheapest best flight to Roatan and OneTravel popped up. Booking the ticket couldn't have been easier. I was a little leary since I'd never heard of them before, but we're really happy with the results. They kept in communication by email and when one of our flights was cancelled/changed, we simply called the airline to reschedule.

One Travel

This year again my husband decided to use one travel, wrong decision again. Jusr the night before leaving at 8:00 o'clock we received an e-mail to inform us that first leg of our trip was cancelled. We calked the company and were offered an option which was flying to India to go to Thailand and after asking many details found out that It would be a very very long road, with lot of waiting in airports. Then It took tow hours arguing over the phone to cancel without fees charged, but don't need ti say that I had to fight with them! We finally ended up calling the transporter United Airlines and were put on the same same flught the next day. United airlines staff was very very accommodating!

Deplorable
March 6, 2016

A close second to necrotizing fasciitis. We changed flights and they gave us a voucher to redeem. When we tried we found out they tack on so many fees it would cost us double the amount of the ticket alone just to use our money we spent. While on the phone with their customer support, not only were they very disrespectful, they also had the odacity to ask us if we understood the english language. I may not be an english major, but its the only language i have ever known. Overall, at least you can cut away a flesh eating infection. This company's deception and awful customer service will linger forever.

Scam onetravel
July 21, 2015

I booked my cheap flight ($942) on 16th July with onetravel from Iraq to Germany, and on 18th, less then 12 hours into the flight, i still have not got tickets. Numerous international phone calls to them (30 min duration) were simply switching from one "so called department" to another, with "questions about verification process" which seems to be questions of stealing identity. Luckily USD942 was not deducted from my bank account, (i am still checking as sometimes there is no traces about it) as my bank has got strict verification hopefully.

I haven't booked one yet, but so far most of the reviews are wrong, they picked up immediately and confirmed the price and that this isn't a scam, I didn't have to waait 30 mins, they picked up and were kind. I didn't hear any Indian accent either
Prices are cheap as $#*!k

ONETRAVEL EXPERIENCE

I recently had an awesome travel experience with one travel.

By booking with them, I got the best affordable flights traveling from canada to the states and back.

My flights were in time and all the checkins were done accordingly.

I'd recommend you to book through one travel :)

Never ever again. Last year I booked a flight to Scotland at a cost of just under $1000 each including flight insurance. They offer cheaper fares because they book you with many stopovers or change of planes with outrageous layover times. With all that, then they at will can change your flight to something equally bad or worse.

I cancelled my ticket due to health problems and they took a significant percentage of the cost the ticket plus USD$250 in cancellation fees, this is a first time a company like this ripoff customers, the ticket cost $900 and they returned only $300 and they charged me for seats assignment that I never requested. This company is fraudulent.

I got a call from onetravel agent George Jewell, wile my coworker was standing next to me asking me about my experience with onetravel and how was my flight and vacation ect. My coworker ask do they do that, i reply wow. They really care that is great. I recommend onetravel for booking anything and will use them for booking again.

Stay away
October 27, 2016

Bought a ticket on 21 Oct to travel home for Christmas from my new job. On 23 Oct, the job offer fell through and I called to cancel. Before I could give the cancellation number, the internet went down. Being in Liberia with poor connectivity, I couldn't contact to cancel again until 25 Oct. Instead of paying the $150 cancellation fee and receiving the full price for the ticket, I was told I had to pay an additional $75 on top of the $150 cancellation fee. DON'T USE.

I booked a one way ticket to SF with One Travel and ended up paying more than if I had booked directly with the airlines, but I accepted that because it was my fault for my not checking more thoroughly. The part that infuriated me is that when I went to check in I was charged for my bag which is free with my credit card. One Travel did not use my credit card and therefore I had to pay AN ADDITIONAL $25.00. When I tried to call them, I got put on hold until finally they disconnected me. I wrote them and email and I'm still waiting to hear back. I've booked United flights with other websites before and this has not happened. In the future, I will make every effort to book directly with the airlines.

WOW!

WOW! That was easy! I have been dancing through budget.com sites for two days... one actually booked then contacted me that there was an issue with my card (my card was fine) and offered me the same flight for 3X what was offered! TWICE!
I should have come here to begin with. I have reserved here before with no problems either with the booking or the trip!

We flew on June 6 from Catania, Sicily, to Rome on a Ryanair flight booked online with OneTravel. At the airport we were told that since we had not printed boarding passes in advancea Ryanair policywe had to pay $50 each for 2 boarding passes. OneTravels receipt for this flight says nothing about printing boarding passes in advance or paying a penalty. OneTravel is indifferent to our problem. A supervisor said it was our responsibility to know the Ryanair policy. He said, When you book online, you are your own travel agent. If thats the case, who needs OneTravel?

Our website does advise the customer he needs to print boarding passes with Ryan air to avoid additional cost. It was also displayed during the booking process. The customer had filed another complaint stating they could not print boarding passes because they were staying at a small hotel, (apparently) they may not of had a printer, not sure! But pax was aware of the advance boarding pass, why else would they have inquired at the hotel!

I have used One Travel for the last few months to purchase flights and to rent a vehicle. Unfortunately my experience has not been the best because I was not able to receive a full refund for a vehicle that I could not get. After canceling that reservation ahead of time, I was informed that I would not get a refund because of the insurance that was on the car. I was very disappointed to hear that seeing the fact that I was not able to get the vehicle for the event I needed it for. As of today, which is 3 months later, and after speaking with several managers about the situation, I was told I would receive full credit. However, I am still waiting and have not received any follow up calls or communication regarding it. I have decided to give up kn it because obviously, it's a lack of integrity on One Travels part of which I am exhausted from calling and playing the waiting game.

We were charged with our checked in baggage. The link OneTravel provided says 20 kgs but when we get to the airport, we were robbed in day broadlight with tremendous amount of money. NO checked baggage as in zero but we have to pay. I am among those passengers who were surprised.
