I am confident about this phone, I use it almost for one year still stable and have no any issue. Very fast, good charging time no hung up. Very nice device. All you can dream off for date delivered and price range. I would appreciate such specs on a smaller phone though, but I guess actual trends is not going that way for the moment.
Really horrible service. Having a poorly designed phone is one thing (fingerprint sensor fails after one month, outside of the scanty 2-week return period), but support is another disgusting scam. Numerous emails, tasks given to the customer to do, shady and unprofessional remote session (with misspelled words and incoherent responses), and then at the end of the day, not even an offer for a partial refund. They have the audacity to offer me to pay for my own repair. WHAT IN THE...?! Stay away. I thought I'd give a Chinese company a chance, and they ruined it for them and all Chinese companies in the future.
One of the worst customer service after purchasing, just makes sure that you pay with PayPal so you can secure if they don't want to help. You can dispute a ticket to force them. Otherwise. Good and nice products.

Unprofessional customer service. Never Received any product. Contacted customer service more than 18 times in the last three weeks. Every time you contact they lie. I asked for many items, including the submitted MPS form. Even reported Police and submitted a police report. But these guys are purely SCAMMERS. They only take the money, never give a product, or do not give you money back. You only work with your credit card company if they give back. I am taking legal steps and working to expose these guys.
I had a one plus 9 pro 5g I upgraded to a one plus 10g because I thought that new towers meant I needed a new capable device. I was wrong the 10g is awful, the only thing that is halfway decent on the device is the battery, but if it's above 70°f my phone gets very hot from streaming audio only, with the screen off and it heats up like a baked potato. I don't know how you go backwards and make worse products than you used to, maybe I should ask Volvo they sold out and are riddled with problems.

Thought good company oh well wont by anything from them anymore. I fly for an airline didn't get home till 23rd it had arrived on 10th late i might add from nov 25th order. Thought they would understand and help out Well merry Christmas so sad.

Weve bought 4 phones from OnePlus over the years and have been very happy with all of them. The OnePlus One from 2014 still works flawlessly and Ive just upgraded it now to the OnePlus 5 for more space. We also have the OnePlus 2 and OnePlus X being used in the family. You cant beat their price for the specs and the solid build of the phones. I dont know how many times Ive dropped the OnePlus One and it still looks brand new.
While the phone reviews are very good, behold should you have any problem with the phone!.
Customer service in China is nothing like we expect in the US. They reply promptly but their actions fall short. A month after I purchased the phone I realized that the speaker phone mic did not work. The companys policy is only 15 days return so I was forced to send (and pay for shipping) the phone for repair to their authorized service in Texas.
The phone was returned after a week with more problems than it had when I started. The mic worked OK but now the Bluetooth did not function and they broke the protective cover I installed on the screen.
After three weeks of trying to fix the problem via EMAIL (only no live tech support) instructions I was unable to get the phone to work and the company would not offer any solution to the problem.
I loved the phone and was willing to accept a replacement but company policies are so rigid that even a senior manager was not able to approve replacement unit or return.
I ended up returning the phone and refusing the charge through my credit card company.
The case is not over yet as the company is rejecting my return and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE in site. I would not buy anything from this company until they learn how to provide American style customer Service and have their own service department.
All the products of one plus are good. Phone earphone watch and everything is good. One plus service is also good. You can visit the store and get good hospitality.
After 4 months of dealing with customer service and near 50 emails and 20 phone calls and having my phone sent in three times and $36 more than the original quote, I got an email that my phone is fixed and on its way back to me. I haven't yet seen it or tested it. Hope it is finally working as it should.
The worst kind of customer service with the exception that everyone is super polite and apologizes a million times during a complaint, there never us a resolution. All talk and no resolutions.
Regret buying three oneplus phones in my family but this is the last of it. Would never buy or recommend OnePlus to anyone ever. Great phone but God forbid if ever need service, you are officially screwed.
A simple Android update notification popped up and the phone was set to update and it never booted up again. Stuck on T-Mobile screen. Despite it being out of warranty, this is not a damage that was caused by me. It simply couldn't take the Android update. Pathetic. And It cost me all the agony and almost $200.
I would like to recognize a couple of reps that made an effort to help (Ryan cloke who sent me a headset as an apology that i didn't care for and Olivia White) but I think they couldn't provide any positive resolution ever because there is no coordination between service overseas and repair department in U.S...
