I made a mistake when i filled in my delivery address, i contacted to them and it was corrected straight away. Brilliant service :)
Oh polly is a scam. They don't ship your order so you are unable to track it. They do not do free returns either.
Had an issue with my order and Emily got back to me straight away was so helpful and sorted it out quickly for me.
I had some problem on my delivery, the customer care was really helpful.

I ordered on oh Polly 16 days ago and it came YESTERDAY. And it's really frustrating cause I ordered early so if it's too small or too big I can return it and get a new one. But because it came this late I have no dress for prom. And they said on their website that I have to pay 5chf and I had to Pay 27chf and that's a lot if I except 5 or lower. And I have to return it now and it cost 25chf and that's not their problem but If I would've know that I had to pay 27 I could get the money but now I can't. And Idk what to do now. Really NEVER AGAIN
Recently got in touch with ohpolly regarding a return and within the HOUR Alix had processed my refund straight away, really friendly and efficient - would really recommend if you have any queries.
I recieved all needed answers to my questions in a timely manner. Very pleased! Also - I love the clothing and order frequently!
