When emailing to ask a question about my order I was provided with a quick and simple response to ensure my problem was solved quickly. The three girls who helped me are called: Sarah, Shania and Bethanie. Thank you girls!

Customer service is critical but I cannot get a response regarding my order and there is no phone number. Will someone please reach out to me because my package has not been received. So disappointed!

I made the mistake on the item number in my order. I contacted to ohpolly help on Instagram, and it responded me in half days with her work done! She changed my order in a correct way and my money is back in my bank account. I also contacted from email on their website, but insta gave me better response :) thank you!

Still haven't had a reply from a message I sent on the 19th of June and it's now the 9th of July! Have also just purchased a dress but accidentally put the wrong address! Need a reply ASAP as I need my dress before the 23rd of July.

Was unsure of this company at first but myself and sister have ordered dresses from here and had a great experience.
