The data is not accurate and their customer support is awful! I've been paying for months trying to get support and NO ONE has gotten back with me it's a total waste of money!
Horrible people, horrible company. Watch out for your credit card I screwed more than 1k.
Over promise, under deliver, customer service a disgrace. Bunch clowns avoid at all cost.
Bought 3 territories exclusivity with them. Received data. 75% of it was bad from incorrect owner names bad emails invalid phone numbers. Folks save your money from this Shister company
Offrs is a great tool for any REALTOR. I highly recommend investing in their Smart Apps platform. They offer multiple tools to help you generate leads and brand yourself in your zip code.
The leads do work! It's not a perfect system and you do have to work the leads just as you would any other lead. However they are these out there! Strongly recommend Offrs!
DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY THE LEADS SUCK AND YOU WILL BE STUCK IN AN AGREEMENT FOR NO REASON LISTEN TO US THAT ARE STUCK IN IT DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WHILE U ARE AHEAD OF THE GAME BE STRONG DONT LET THEM CONVINCE YOU IT WORKS BECAUSE IT DOESN'T TRUST ME DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY
I recommend offrs for leads. Offrs can help you grow into new areas. I recommend utilizing email marketing campaigns to reach out to potential buyers and agents.
Complete waste of money. The majority of the lead info is completely wrong. They refuse to give refunds for the scam service and trying to stop it is near impossible
I recommend offrs for leads. I get leads every day, and offrs automatically emails them for me. I recommend utilizing email marketing campaigns to reach out to potential buyers and agents.
I definitely recommend their ROOF program which follows up with leads offrs generates. It is like having an ISA working leads for you which is great since I don't have the time.
This was a great product before the new company took over. Now, they make you pay extra for everything and the leads have a lot of bad information.
I signed up for Ofrs on Sunday evening 5/7/23 at 6:30pm. After I scanned the site and saw some discrepancies, I received information it would take 7-14 days to set up my account to start receiving leads. By Monday 5/8/23 10am, I learned I will not be working for a few months and started emailing Offrs support to cancel my account and refund since no work on my account started. It took several days to get a response. By the time I got a response, my account had not been set up and Offrs started sending me fake leads. They stated that I signed up and no refund policy, However, it states no refund after my account is set up. My account was never set up or active. I never received a paid invoice or a contract that stated that. There is no number to call support. There is no transparency with this company.
I began my messages polite and courteous and informed them that when my situation changed, I would give them a try. However, this company is terrible. Horrible business practice. Uncaring, unforgiving, scam. RUN... RUN...
STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY OR REGRET IT.
My wife and I are top producers in our market and have used predictive analytics platforms in the past as well with some success. When our contract with our previous PA platform was up, we decided to try offrs.com, HUGE MISTAKE! The platform was nowhere near as user-friendly or as automated as our previous one which we immediately discovered after being lead to believe otherwise by the salesperson who sold us this service. Upon realizing that it would be nowhere near as useful to us, and being in the midst of our, Summer Sales Rush, we immediately tried to cancel our 3-month contract which was a non-starter. The company offered to suspend the service for two months to allow us time to get past our busy season. WE MADE IT CLEAR WE WANTED TO CANCEL AFTERWARDS BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS NOT WHAT WE WERE LEAD TO BELIEVE OR THOUGHT WE WERE GETTING AT THE OUTSET. Please understand, we never used this service the entire time we had it but we agreed to fulfil our three-month contract. What we didn't agree to were the continuous drafts from our credit card, 4 months after our contract had been fulfilled and should have been cancelled.
UPDATE: The company's stance is that they didn't know that we wanted to cancel (WOW) so they continued to draft and will not be issuing a refund. We are currently disputing the $1,100.00 in fraudulent charges this company drafted from our card after the expiration of our agreement
Data is not accurate, you are stuck for 6 months for no extra value. It is a waste of money!
Nobody response the tickets.
I am using Smart Apps buyer leads and seller Signal leads. I like having leads each day I can follow up with. It keeps me busy.
I signed up on July 2021. Immediately after I got the list of so called 'LEADS" I noticed they were all FAKE NUMBERS, UNLISTED NUMBERS, UNMOTIVATED LEADS. What they do is they capture the already expired lists and use various lists that are not part of any campaigns or active marketing. They are shady. Do not use them. I canceled within 48 hours and they refused to give me my money back-so I swallowed that one. So I asked in writing immediately cancel. I explained and called them on their scam. Whatever. So, I went about my life and hired another platform. Three months later I noticed an auto charge from offrs.com there it was a charge and when I went back to August and September too. OMG! I emailed them immediately and they ignore my email requests. So I went ahead and filled a FRAUDELENT CLAIM with my bank. OMG! I will write to our CRMLS also as they SHOULD NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE ALLOWED TO market on our platforms. They are shady and literally THIEVES. DON'T DON'T try others I can't tell you how many of this clowns I've gone thru already. They are not the only ones. I guess you live and learn but make sure to read reviews. From real people. I only hear negative things about them in my office. Be aware. Scam alert.
I recommend offrs for leads. I get leads every day, and offrs automatically emails them for me. I have generated 6 listings so far with the program.
I wish I had read the online reviews before paying for this service. Their lead guarantee is a scam. All of the leads that I received were old leads from months ago and not from ads that Offrs.com put out on behalf. In fact, one of the "leads" was my neighbor who has been dead for over a year. I reached out to them around the 2 week mark to let them know that I had not received any new leads despite the site stating that the guarantee had been met. They replied that it's unreasonable for me to think I would just be handed 30 leads in such a short period of time. The site does not work properly and I have video documentation showing that alleged new leads that came in would have no contact information and then disappear from my account. But all of this isn't even why I'm leaving a negative review.
When deciding if I wanted to sign up for this service, I let the sales rep, Joshua, know that I had never purchased leads before and was very skeptical. I eventually agreed to sign up for 30 days to see if I liked it. There are several emails during this time and during the time that I was expressing my dissatisfaction that I mentioned paying for "the 30 days" and at no point in time did anyone mention that this was a subscription with reoccurring charges and that I would have to cancel to stop future payments. So imagine my surprise when after a horrible experience, I was charged again.
I reached out to them and they refused to refund me, claiming that they spent money on ads for me already. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company and was told that Offrs.com provided an authorization from me. I NEVER signed anything physically or virtually. As someone who reads contract thoroughly, I would know if I signed something and I would have a copy of it (which I do not). This is absolutely fraud!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Answer: I paid $231/month for like a neighborhood of 1200 residences
Answer: Were you ever able to cancel? I was told to submit an email requesting to cancel at support@offrs.com. I also called and spoke with carry who said she would forward the message. On a side not I also cancelled the card so that can't make any future charges. A hassle but worth it.
Answer: Check spam folder. This is where I usually see registration emails from any service I use.
Answer: It's under the CRM, all the way to the right, in a pull down
