I had to pay over 500$ before i could get in touch with an agent and everything didn't later go well. Since then i just turn to cryptocurrency. I invested with btcprofituk dot com and i make 20% off of my investment. It's okay, safe and very prompt for me. I implore people to try as much as possible to invest in crypto with good platforms.
I purchased this program through the CRMLS virtual 3 day Expo. I thought there is no way they would allow a fraudulent company to advertise. FALSE, FALSE, FALSE! So. I spent the first week going through and trying to contact every lead to no avail. Wrong, numbers, incorrect emails, not interested in selling, wrong person, just wrong. Looked at the expired list as well and found that they weren't actually expired, they were SOLD! How is that not considered false advertisements.
Why is this ok? How do companies like these get away with this? I will also be reporting to my local Real Estate Board and the BBB. You should too.
I didn't have time to make it work
Unfortunately I didn't have the time and resources to follow up with the leads provided by offrs.com. If you are using their service I would make sure you have the time to follow up with all leads.
I have been with offrs for 3 years. Offrs can help you grow into new areas. Regularly promoting your service can help to educate leads about its value. Regular marketing efforts can help to build loyalty and long-term relationships with leads. I am telling everyone at AMPrealty.net to get leads with offrs.com.
False advertising! I never got the homeowner data I bought for Raleigh zip code ******* in May 2021. I paid 350 dollars for data on homeowners that I never received. I spoke to my salesman twice after I ordered the product, and he told me to email support. Unfortunately, all I got was another salesperson trying to upsell me to more expensive offrs products. I, therefore, canceled my next month's subscription before the 30 days was up. I contacted customer support by email on day 30, and they told me that they already destroyed my data and would not send me the file. Is that B. S. or what? This company does not have a customer service number once you buy your product from them. That should have been a red flag. Run away from this company and keep your money in your pocket.
Agents beware this company will bill you after you cancel. I never received a single promised service for the over $300 I paid. They will run you in circles and show you no results, and just continue billing. My acct received no exposure, no leads, they never did anything - no emails nothing. They refuse to cancel you in a timely manner and will not refund you for billing afterwards.
Great for Listing Leads. I highly recommend this product. I was skeptical at first, but after using predictive sellers in my marketing consitently. I have been in real estate for 6 years. 6 listings! I hope more agents at First Title start using offrs
I sold several homes in the Minneapolis area and when I spoke with Graham (sales manager) he sold me on a product that I was excited about. Two months later I login and they completely changed the product including the main reason I purchased it. When I told them that I didnt want there new product... they said and I quote "Our data costs millions of dollars to buy, analyze, distribute, etc." in justifying why It no longer functioned the way it did. The thing is they are making me pay for their new product which I did not sign up for! I politely told them this new thing they were doing isnt what I paid for and they said too bad your locked into a contract. This is the worst service to use!
I have been a client for over a year, and I am seeing great results. I like the consistent flow of leads I am getting, and it helps me stay on top of my Farm. The recent addition of FSBO and Expired listing leads is awesome too!
I am sorry to write this negative review. Your salesperson convinced me that your service is worth purchasing. The same day I was charged $200, I called leads and researched the leads you provided and realized most of them are very old leads; in fact, I already served a few of those people. The next day, early in the morning, I emailed requesting to cancel—however, no response. I contacted you several times with no success. You charge me a $200 "set up fee" and two months each $50 after I canceled. I wasted $300. I have to cancel my CC to get rid of monthly charges. You are conducting a lousy business. The leads are old, and most of them have no intentions to sell their properties. I am in the top of 1% of all realtors in Manatee and Sarasota CTY, licensed since 1999. I know the business.
Lousy service and fake leads.
If you rely on directmailers and ringing doorbells then youre gonna want to look into these gys. They are the only ones not taking the data and running but givin it to us to service. No more money to shell out to things that dont deliver. Its 2018 and I need results
Trying to save other loan officers a major headache and loss of money. This appears to be a scam—I've been paying them $700+/mo for months and now they tell me "I don't qualify for their refund policy" because I missed an email from them in April. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
I signed up for seller leads and only received FSBO properties that were listed to Zillow and that I could have found on my own. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a few days and they make you send multiple emails about why you are canceling before they will even submit your request to billing.
Unlike all other lead companies, offrs truly delivers seller leads. I recommend utilizing email marketing campaigns to reach out to potential buyers and agents.
I was given the old bait and switch and ended up losing $600. This site is a subscription trap, the only way I escaped was to report my cc lost. It's a perpetual membership that has no "unsubscribe" feature. Every lead I received was an angry person who had received numerous calls. There is nothing different about this service. DO NOT SIGN UP UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING IN A BILLING NIGHTMARE
I love their lead capture pages. Offrs can help you grow into new areas. Offrs has enabled me to beat my competition in Salem. Best value in real estate lead gen products.
Somehow I signed up for three months $0 ROI. You can get a better list from a phone book! You get an email the a lead has been verified! What does that even mean? Total waste!
I have been using offrs at my brokerage for quite sometime, mostly downloading lists for my direct mail, but now I am really liking the lead feed apps. It makes it really simple to use.
I have been using offrs for over a year, and their service has helped me grow my real estate business through consistent branding. I use there Smart Data for my direct mail and Facebook marketing.

Answer: Were you ever able to cancel? I was told to submit an email requesting to cancel at support@offrs.com. I also called and spoke with carry who said she would forward the message. On a side not I also cancelled the card so that can't make any future charges. A hassle but worth it.
Answer: Check spam folder. This is where I usually see registration emails from any service I use.
Answer: It's under the CRM, all the way to the right, in a pull down
