First tip if company doesn't allow reviews on their Facebook means there's tons of negative ones. Not here to argue if this works or not. I tried the 30 day trial which states when it ends. I didn't like the site personally so I called to make sure it was cancelled after the 30 days. They replied must give 30 day notice to cancel. Think about that now. I sign up and within same day I have to cancel. So at this point we are a scam and no longer a legit company. If you stood behind your product you wouldn't need to setup scams like this to steal $. Which than shows me than this in the long run doesn't work for they wouldn't need to steal money if it did. Hundreds of sites out there no contracts no nonsense stay clear of this.

MOST of the data is old. I went through with a fine tooth comb and learned that the sellers that scored high was because Offrs never updated their scoring of these folks A LOT have just bought a few months ago so their predictive analysis is old data. No good contact information either. I had to use Remine to get phone numbers and email addresses. Their postcard campaign is random and expensive - they don't send a consistent postcard to the same person this came straight from the customer service and sales person. VERY EXPENSIVE. Everything is priced separately - if you choose to go it alone without their pricey add ons all you are left with is a very expensive data sheet of names. Bottom line they sell old data. Do not recommend. Oh and it's an annual contract no breaking it. I pay $350 a month for a list of names and addresses.

The owner of the company blew off my first scheduled meeting and that should have been a red flag for me! I signed up for the service where they would make the calls to the leads and then call me as soon as they had one so I could just follow up on the hot leads. I DIDN'T RECEIVE ONE PHONE CALL. NOT ONE LEAD! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!

I knew going into this it was going to be bad. I had the first instinct with the guy who talked my team agent into this and I had questions but he had a bad attitude from the start. He acted like he didnt want to answer my questions! Well we got leads straight out of the gate then, the next month, we got 10,000 all at once! Then it stopped. None of the leads were legit. I signed up for Smart Apps, and use the Buyer Signal and Seller Signal Leads, and it keeps me busy. Not every lead responds, but I have gotten multiple listings appointments and for the price, it's a good service. They have mad some significant upgrades this year, and it's made a world of different.
