I send out about 1000 direct mail pieces a month using their predictive seller score. It works much better than just mailing to everyone. Results have doubled my lead count.

I was told about offrs from my Broker, and so I went and found my zip code. I didn't understand exactly how the product worked, but once I licensed my zip - I had access to all home owner information including emails and phones. I started using these avenues in my geo-farming and did some local outreach as well. It's helped me build my brand in my farm, which has been a huge help. I think everyone should try it out. I am sure it depends on how you market whether it's for you. But for me it worked. 5 Stars deserved.
