Official SIM Unlock

Not good paid 19 pound fir the unlock to then get a bill fir a further 30 pound to release it not cool

I think that I have had a contact phone for 2 years and don't think I should have to pay to unlock my phone!

It's very easy to understand you pay £24 to be then told you got to pay more what a scam a waste of £24

Timescale was longer than expected and phone still doesn't work now asking for other codes which I do not have

Very easy overall but not crystal clear that there would be two payments hence middling review on price only

Seems an easy simple process, would help if it was made clear at the outset there are 2 fees to pay.

I got my unlock after 4 days but that was over a weekend. Also the price is not very well explained up front

Very misleading by the initial price and quite expensive otherwise a good service, just double check you're phones imei number!

It's been very confusing and I didn't expect it to be so expensive when I was told in the shop that it woudnt cost anything to unlock the phone

Made the 1st payment with no issue. 2nd payment requested and no bank or credit card will pay. I would like my 1st parent refunded.

This is a con the Samsung S8 that I paid for did not need unlocking in the FIRST place. I have paid for nothing. Total rip off.

They said instant dowload and is not can take to 30 days and also i not 25 it 85$. Very dissapointed

Expensive overcharged tenfold for a service EE would have provided had I the sense to approach them first.

If you are prepared to spend £60 ( I didn't read the small print) and wait 3 days the job gets done
