Octa Logo is the worst company I have ever used period. Any reviews you read on this company that are positive are fake. I have been working on a design with them since February and it is November and I have nothing. Sometimes its weeks before you get any response. So then if you want to talk to customer service, they absolutely will not help you and refer you back to the person who isnt contacting you back in the first place.
Design Work:
I have contracted out over 100 designs and these guys are terrible. I you want something specific and customized forget it. If you are reading this and got work back from them, there are a thousand designers that could have done better.

They took 2 days to respond to change which I can live by because I'm busy anyway. But the project I went from Basic to Professional when it was all done I ask them for the files and they told me they only give out that low resolution file that we worked on. What the hell was the point of making them a logo if they were gonna give you low resolution file? Professional package cost me from basic $45 to $125US. Then the files vector files and all the formats they charged me $255US. The files in itself cost more than the work design they did. They will try to upsell you with the website package which I didnt take. So whatever I would not be recommending them.

I contacted the owner of Jova Construction - he told me he has never heard of Octalogo or Octagroup. He game me the contact of his actual web designer (pheonix. Cool) who confirmed that he did the site Octagroup/logo claimed to have done.

Don't be deceived by this company, like I almost was.

P.S. Once you connect with anyone from the team, you very quickly find out that none of them use their real names. Also, there are plenty of grammatical errors throughout their collaboration website and email communications that should be major red flag for a design and web development company

Hired octalogo to design a website for my business (they also do business as logo scientist).

Communication was poor, only through emails. You will never be able to call them to discuss your project. Every correspondence would take 2-4 days.

After months of back and forth, the results were always poor at best. Minimum effort given my instructions, and it would take days of emailing just to get a single issue resolved. Each time, i was only given a terrible excuse as to why instructions were not followed.

Escalations are handed off to other managers, with false promises, and high sales pressure tactics to deter you from cancelling your contract.

When i finally gave up, i asked for a full refund as was promised in writing - 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They would only give me 20%, bc according to them, i had already approved of the initial design.

Beware, they only show you a mock up of the home page. Once you 'approve' so that they can begin working on the interior pages, you're committed and won't get your money back even though initial design should include design of the entire site.

Save yourself the hassle, and pay a little bit more for real professionals. Or, just burn your money. Either way is still better than giving money to these crooks.

Some people clearly get some deliverables from Octalogo they are satisfied with. Octalogo also operates several other sites, including Design Proficient, and others that offer basically the same packages. My project (a simple logo) was shifted between several different project managers, and repeated delays and missed promises were frustrating. After giving up with them several times, I wrote an online review and was quickly contacted by a project manager, *, who promised to see it through and complete the project. Now, almost a year after I originally asked for the logo (and was using a so-so version of it in our business) the project is completed and all items were delivered. It took a lot of work on my part to get them to deliver, but they can do the work when they need to. This would have been a zero-star scam warning without * efforts. I can't go much higher than 'meh' as my experience was not overall positive, and I know that is true for others as well. I would not do business with them again myself, but your mileage may vary. Our final logo was decent, but their creatives could not come up with any concepts that were even close to the professionalism of the logos shown on any of their sales websites. * is a good person, and although we didn't get the logo until almost a year after we had originally paid for it, he did follow through. I wish I could rate it higher for his efforts, but as a company he bumped my opinion up from 0, or negative stars if I could have given them, to 2 stars.

I always dreamt of starting my own wine'n'dine restaurant at laguna beach and wanted that perfect feel for my branding. Finally I got in touch with my colleague who had previously done business with Octalogo. So i took a leap of faith and invested a good amount of my time and investment into my logo and web design. Surprisingly they did an extraordinary job with my designs and website. Mike was humbled enough to take all of my revisions carefully and was very patient. I would definitely recommend others to try Octalogo's brilliance and get professional services.

I recently launched my new web online for my laundry business. I did everything i could to make home page captivating to bring more customers but unfortunately i didn't get the customer traffic i wished for. Thanks to Octalogo, because they gave me an idea of explainer animated video and it worked out well! My numbers are increasing and i am getting more orders now. Great job!

My website lacked visual attraction plus it failed to open properly on mobile devices and wide screen monitors. My customers often complaint that they were not able to view my offered services. So I needed some immediate updates. I contacted Octalogo team and they offered my complete web revamp and redesign services. Glad to see within just 3 weeks they turned the table upside down. I was excited to see the stunning new looks, creative sliding banners, smooth navigation flow. Few of my customers appreciated my update and that was my delighted day.

These people are good designers but the thing I appreciated the most about them is their customer service. Not everyday do you get a call from from a customer representative taking a check if you were happy with their service. I took upon their expertise two months ago, and they came just right up to my expectations.
They have a good sense of style and creativity which was exactly what I was looking for.

Aaron Hawke and Octalogo did a fabulous job! He listened to what I wanted to see in my logo, he was kind and polite every step of the way. In addition to have access to the company via web, I was able to communicate with the company and Aaron easily. This was great bc other companies hide their phone numbers to discourage people to call. Its important to me to know I can speak to the person I am working with. Keep in mind that they will have your first proof within the promised time frame, however the process may take longer, so clarify your expectations with the person you will work with. In my experience Aaron went about and beyond to do a great job, to make sure I was satisfied. He worked on it until it was done like I wanted and he added additional value by working on an piece that was not included. So thank you Aaron!

I started off with a logo, later purchased a website too. They offered great value for a fair price. I got a 5 pager web with 1 year of web hosting and domain free. What else could I ask for?!?!? I was very impressed with the quality of the logo and that made me go along with the website. They even provided me with 4 stock photos and a couple social media banners. Customer service was always exceptional. Always called whenever I sent an email and followed my directions throughly. 5 stars don't justify their efforts. My project manager, Aaron, worked with me closely. He was always kind and generous and I'm a fan now.
