I was going to lose it. I really was. After hiring a web agency for my Retail business, that promised me a complementary and I quote breathtaking logo, availing their premium service, I was taken aback when they delivered me an amateur logo. The website wasnt too impressive either, but I decided to take one step at a time. After some oh-so tiring number of revisions, and still not seem to be going anywhere, I decided to try elsewhere for my logo. So much for a premium service! Be that as if may, I wasnt going to just choose any other logo design service, and so I took it upon some major research and recommendations, and ended up opting Octa Logo for their service. The story ends right there. It took them only the first attempt to figure out exactly what I was looking for in my logo. Though it took the web agency another 2 months to fix the blunders they made with the web. But if one good thing that happened during all this, was Octa Logo and their superb service. Love you guys. Really!

They did a great job by revamping my business website. I liked their work and the customer support of the company is very awesome. I will recommend the company for logo design and web design work.

This company is a SCAM! I will be filing a lawsuit against this company. This company does NOT follow their 100% satisfaction or your full refund back policy. They also do NOT abide by their 100% ownership agreement. My website had went live WITHOUT my knowing and was NOWHERE near complete. The website still has mock photos and placeholder text. I was suppose to receive a phone call from my project manager prior to my website going live but I never received a call. Obviously, I am not satisfied with an incomplete website that has gone live without my knowledge. This was the last straw for me on top of the constant upselling, and the rude customer service. When I requested a refund, they tried to tell me that they could not give me a refund because my website was live even though I did not approve of it going live. BUT according to a sales rep (I have written proof), I could get a refund if I was NOT 100% satisfied. They are FALSE ADVERTISING and their so-called refund policy on their terms and condition page is contradicting. This company is NOT LEGIT! They make fake contracts and will say anything just to get a sale. I have lost all trust in this company. My lawyer will be contacting this company ASAP!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH "Octalogo ". I just got scammed for $5000. There's these "project manager" guys who goes by "NICK WATSON" and "FERRIS" who has pakistan accents and doesn't want to disclose the company true location between FL, CA, or PA which is the 1st RED FLAG. They claimed the project to do my AutoParts website would take 4 months from 03/18 which is still NOT FINISH in 11/19 after paying the balance of $5000. Octalogo will start the project after you paid the balance and find reasons to extort you each time for more money for each step that's already part of the deal saying it's taking longer for them to figure things on their end and prolong the work so you CAN NOT GET A REFUND. The are so incompetent. I tried to get a refund. They denied refunds saying they already started the work from you even though their intentions is NOT TO FINISH so they can keep your MONEY. I went to my Bank of America for refund. They credit my account for $1100 and I sent all conversations to show history, Octalogo used "Design Utility portal" to submitted a few updates that they had started "Working" on your project at first to counter act your future claims so you can't get a refund. Another Big RED FLAG is you'll notice they only want to communicate through phone calls and text message to keep things NONE OFFICIAL. I'm so surprised to see who they are still operational. My next step is to go to the BBB and FTC to shed light to their SCAMMED>>>>>>>Go read all the OCTALOGO SCAMMED on GOOGLE. Believe the victims because if you work with them, you will be the next one.

I hired Octalogo for a logo and I was happy when the first designs came out. Was able to get me a good logo in no time. However, I do advise the readers of this review to get their professional logo package because of the source files. I had a basic package and had to upgrade to a professional one to get the vector files.

Although the team is nice and friendly. They know what they are doing and look, nobody is a 100% error-free. They missed their timelines once or twice but were always apologetic about it and were always up for a challenge with redraws. Totally recommended if you have some patience they'll come through big.

Also, these negative reviews on SiteJabber baffles me. In this regards, I'd like to add that before hiring them (octalogo), I did some digging on the reviews of the online logo designing companies and guess what? Octalogo had the best reviews in comparison with its competitors. Having a good reputation being an online company is hard and I give full marks for the kind of reputation Octalogo has been able to manage so far.

Good customer service along with good quality logo is a good combo and octalogo pulls it off nicely. Thanks Octalogo.

I'll update my review if I use them for my web. But for now, Octalogo is the best.

This is my first time ever using a company to build a logo and website. I stayed up night after night thinking I could figure it out. Yes, I made progress but it was nothing compared to what a professional could do! My great friend Rah told me about this company and at first I was a little hesitant to try them because I had no idea what to expect. After speaking to someone name Jason I signed up. The price was right and he was very friendly. As promised in 48 hrs I had 10 sample logos prepared. I was expecting to see some bad ones and I was also nervous at the same time to see what their team had come up with. Not only did they email me the samples but they also added me to an online platform where I could communicate directly with them on my project as it was in process. All I can say was when I opened the email I SCREAMED WITH JOY! They took every concept I had in mind and applied it and drafted this logo and website just the way I envisioned it. They sent my files to me right after. I could go on and on about Mark, Jason and the rest of the team. If you guys are looking for logos, websites, or anything visit them first. I am only doing a review because I am very satisfied and people should know that there are legit companies out here that do exactly as they advertise.
