I ordered creatine for the first time with the standard delivery. My order arrived in less than 24 hours anyway! It came in protected packaging with no issues whatsoever, I'm very impressed :)
I ordered from them in June. They advised in August they couldn't supply my product so I asked for a refund.
First they offered alternatives however I needed a specific brand they could not supply. Eventually agreed to a refund and then gave me the run around until it was over three months since the order and they cannot give a refund.
I've had to report it as fraud to my credit card company to get the refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have the utmost respect for nutriessential's support team knowledge. They provide me other supplements and They have written several email supports, including Coupon codes also.
Be careful! I ordered a product from them and after 8 days they notify me the product is no longer available. They refuse to refund my money and keep trying to sell me something else instead.

Im just like one of the many customers of this company who was charged for a product and never recieved it or any kind of explanation why. Their website said the multivitamin I ordered WAS in stock. After nothing for 2 weeks I emailed this company telling them I wanted a refund if this was on backorder. I recieved a reply saying they should have it in stock soon and they have it in gummy form. They totally ignored my request for a refund. I just don't know how a company can repeatly get away with doing this to their customers. How don't they understand this is a terrible way to treat their customers? I'm gonna contact the BBB and everybody I can think of. People need the stuff they are ordering! Quit playing games with people's money! This isn't a one time mistake it's a disturbing pattern. I just wish I woulda check these reviews before I ordered from these crooks not after!

I highly recommend this site for their discount code that you can use in all their products and fast shipping which most of the time is free. The code I used is VIP not sure if it still works.
Ordered sea salt, they never shipped the order and can't reach anyone there. The worst service and no communication from anyone. Will contact my credit card company for a chargeback.
I received my order in a timely manner. I received exactly what I ordered in good condition. I have ordered some Probiotics by Pure encapsulations and some products from Nutra Biogenesis. I am happy with the service. I was happy to receive the product which I was unable to purchase locally.

I have ordered Zinc and Vitamin C by Pure Encapsulations from few companies at the same time from my husband and I since we were getting paranoid from this tragic pandemic. The first company that we have received it from was Nutriessential which was drop shipped directly from Pure Encapsulation few days later then usual since in the past we have always receive our supplements need s from them within 2 days but they were faster then the other companies that we have order it from so we are grateful to them.
Ordered product from them over a month no info - i have emailed in several times now asking to cancel and still have not received my refund after they told me it was on backorder.
