THe Covid messed up the plans for the entire year. Loosing the job was coming from nowhere. Ms. Mery helped with the refund, that was the best news I could expect.

Avoid this company like the plague! Terrible! Hotel canceled due to coronavirus. I contact Nustay who said that I would be refunded in 90 days. 6 months later I'm still waiting. SHADY SHADY BUSINESS!

If you have a problem related to your booking just send them an email it will be taken care of. For me it was highly convenient

Scam artists. Purposefully lie about prices to get a click to their website then change them at the last minute. Won't be around much longer.
