The rug was not what I had imagined, but my wife absolutely LOVED it. The fabric is softer than I expected (it's amazing) and the color of the rug is a bit darker than what I was looking for, but it's still perfect for my living room. The rug is very soft and the design is so cute, that it fits my son's room. The rug doesn't seem to slide on my wooden floor as other rugs do. It's not too thick but just right for what we needed
