“Exactly Like The Picture Described”

The Rug is exactly like the picture described but wrinkled a lot. I sent an email. They responded very quickly. They explain during shipping, folds in packing caused the carpet to wrinkle. They directed show me how to flatten it. They are attentive and kind.
