I ordered a SS 23 Saint Laurent leather jacket from Nugnes 1920 through Italist.com for Euros 2116. The jacket was delivered promptly and well-packaged. However, I noticed a discrepancy between the material of my jacket and the information on the official Saint Laurent website. After contacting Saint Laurent customer service, it was confirmed that the jacket was from 2018 Men Spring collection and not SS 23, and the composition was cowhide instead of lambskin.
Despite providing evidence, Italist.com was unable to provide a satisfactory resolution and used the excuse of the Italist tag and boxes being removed. What's more, I discovered that my item had been removed from both iItalist and Nugnes website after I made a complaint, indicating that both parties recognized the mistake.
This experience was extremely poor, especially given Nugnes' reputation and my high payment for the specific SS 23 jacket. I don't recommend purchasing from them in the future.
