I received my sunglasses which came apart after only using them a few weeks but since they were purchased more than a month ago they would only replace them if I paid a 50% charge. I've been trying to reach them by phone as they instructed but the phone just rings with no answer or message system.
This is the second time I buy from them and I was not disappointed. Beautiful jewelry at amazing prices is great. This time i bought 5 different sets of jewelry all of which surpassed my expectations. They have tons of different styles of which i have gotten several different ones for my girl friend and she has loved all of them (as have I when I checked them). They are also very attentive if you have any inquiries. The coupons they offer make this an amazing buy for a university student like me with not many funds. I highly recommend them, I truly hope they stay in business long.
What i've found with using groupon... u got to read the fine print. I couldnt change the color on the sunglasses i wanted but i was able to chat with someone that helped me get the colors i wanted, then when i got ready to pay i could use paypal so i was emailed a copy of an invoice which helped a lot. I'm satisfied with my help from novadab and my product. Thanks
I bought a Christmas necklace which didn't arrive in time for Christmas. The necklace is just ok, but I don't like the fact that I had to pay an extra $2.63 in postage to pick it up at the post office. So I ended up paying $9.62 for a necklace that weighed about 4 oz. Their jewelery might be cheap but they make it up by gouging you for shipping. I emailed them about this before I picked up the necklace and got no answer, terrible customer service! Obviously, they don't give a crap what you think. I will never buy another thing from this company. Wish I would have read all the negative reviews before I purchased from them. Never again, can't believe they have ANY repeat customers.
I had purchased from Novadab prior to the pandemic and was satisfied. This year I purchased a necklace that is for a little girl not a woman. The web site did not mention it was for a child. I have had no response to my emails to their support address. Their phone number rings without any answer. I will never purchase from them again. There is no way to return the merchandise.
I ordered several items and one of the necklaces came broken. The string of beads on the one side was completely unraveled, and all of the beads were in a pile in the bottom of the bag. Completely unacceptable. Given how the items were securely packages, I don't think it fell apart during the shipping. I think this was a very cheaply made necklace that unraveled on it's own. The day I received the package, I reached out to the company asking for a refund or a new necklace. It has been almost a month and I have heard nothing. Awful customer service, and crappy jewelry. DONT BUY!
I needed something that will help me pull off an outfit for a formal event when I came across Novadab! I saw their analog watches and it is beautiful! I definitely got to have it and I did!
Thanks to Novadab and PowerBuy, I got my item in a lesser price! I just clicked the purple button upon checkout, shared the item to my friends through social media and got a lesser price for the item! That simple!

They suck, terrible customer service and do not honour any order, i placed an order in February and sent several email to them, now its October and i still have mot received anything, they want me to contact Usps each time, n the courier told me to contact the seller. They just dont care, i dont recomend them to anyone, they a bunch or crooks
I ordered a beautiful necklace from this site. It arrived quickly and I was extremely happy with it. I wore it once and when I went to take it off it got stuck on my shirt and I probably caused it to break. I emailed their customer service asking if I could return it to be fixed... I sent them pictures of the necklace. Instead of me mailing it back for repair, they sent me a brand new one! Beautiful pieces of jewelry and outstanding customer service. Treat yourself and purchase from them
I purchased items through Groupon and it was routed through Novadab to pay for shipping. It accidently charged me again for the items purchased. I contacted Novadab and got an immediate response and refund for the charge. I was amazed and very pleased. I will certainly do business with them again.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses in September but they have never been received. I contacted Novadab and gave them the order number and USPS tracking number and they replied giving me the tracking number that I had given them in my request. They just indicated it was my problem not theirs.
My granddaughter got better quality sunglasses with her Barbie doll! I've requested info on how to return these for a refund. Haven't gotten a response yet but I remain hopeful. This is not even a case of you get what you pay for -- it's worse. I have seen better quality sunglasses at the neighborhood dollar store.
To make a long story short, they took money from me without producing anything. That is considered theft. Lesson learned. Their business practises are quite shady. Phone rings forever, man doesn't know what he is doing, manager on floor and not able to call back for 6 hours (!), unacceptable behaviour, no answers, and so on. Don't waste your time or money. By the sounds of it, I was better off not to trust these people or purchase anything from them... its all garbage.
I ordered 14 necklaces through Groupon and Novadab wanted to charge me 97.00 for shipping at first! Oh they did give me a 13.00 discount, so it would have been $84. Unbelievable... I cancelled the order with Groupon.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago, redeeming a groupon voucher. After 2 weeks, I emailed them (and got a response after the second try), to find out that they had an "invalid shipping address". Thanks for letting me know(!). I gave the correct shipping address and still it hasn't been shipped. I've emailed them two more times asking for it to be expedited or refunded because I needed it for a Christmas party gift. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I can't review the item, because I have yet to receive it!
My beautiful feather necklace arrived quickly. The first day I wore it my husband complimented it! It looks super cute with anything and is easy to put on and remove. Comes in a nice box if you intend this for a gift!

Where do I start? Well, I purchased a bracelet from Novadab in 2017 for a great price on 2 for Christmas I called numerous times, I finally received my purchase 5mths later. I was offered a piece for free, I never received it. Read and trust the reviews the shipping is ridiculous the quality of the charm was great but now I have to wait until 2018 Christmas to give them out. I will never purchase from them again. I debated with posting this but I want to warn customers novadab is misleading and you may receive your items very late so have a back up plan if you are buying them as gifts.
Placed my order 8 days ago at 6:24:37 a.m. pdt this is my daughter and my nieces graduation gigs paid extra for priority shipping! Its not been mailed but its has a label and is awaiting arrival as first class mail! Needless to say NOT priority mail and NOT going to be here for their graduation so yeah kinda pointless now and I have called 4 times now and nobody answers they just hang up! So Im STEMMING!
POOR quality and TERRIBLE customer service! I purchased a Groupon for sunglasses and received 2 of the same color, which I did not order. Even though it was their mistake they would not correct the issue, They offered to exchange it if I paid for the shipping. I'm pretty sure this company won't be in business for long. It also caused me to never buy a Groupon again, their customer service over this issue was just as bad. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice... well I'm not giving you the chance!
