Where do I start? Well, I purchased a bracelet from Novadab in 2017 for a great price on 2 for Christmas I called numerous times, I finally received my purchase 5mths later. I was offered a piece for free, I never received it. Read and trust the reviews the shipping is ridiculous the quality of the charm was great but now I have to wait until 2018 Christmas to give them out. I will never purchase from them again. I debated with posting this but I want to warn customers novadab is misleading and you may receive your items very late so have a back up plan if you are buying them as gifts.
I see many negative reviews on here, but I have never had a bad experience with Novadab. I encountered an issue recently, and I contacted them directly through their website, like I would any other company. I received a response in the same business day, and my issue was resolved immediately!
I have purchased many items from Novadab, and I love everything I've received! Their pieces are beautiful, unique, fun, and great quality! They have a lifelong customer here! Their offers and discounts are far superior to other sites, but their prices are very reasonable even without special offers. While I first discovered them through Groupon, I signed up directly with them, and I am a very happy customer! Thanks, Novadab!
I love to add to my bracelet collection every now and then; and Novadab makes it easier for me to do so without traveling to different jewelry stores. I recently received my order of 3 Layered Boho bracelets, which are just perfect!
Purchased quite a few products from Novadab. I am very very happy with the quality of the products. Quality is great be it watch or jewelry and did not loose the shine after exposure to water.
I contacted them after accidently breaking one of the hooks of my necklace (kids) to see if I can get a replacement... and the generous customer service replaced it for no cost to me.

I tried using a Groupon and didn't realize until the final total came up that the coupon wasn't accepted for some reason. I immediately emailed them the situation and within one day they had fixed the problem and refunded the difference. Still waiting for the merchandise. Hoping my necklace is as wonderful as their customer service!
Placed my order 8 days ago at 6:24:37 a.m. pdt this is my daughter and my nieces graduation gigs paid extra for priority shipping! Its not been mailed but its has a label and is awaiting arrival as first class mail! Needless to say NOT priority mail and NOT going to be here for their graduation so yeah kinda pointless now and I have called 4 times now and nobody answers they just hang up! So Im STEMMING!
Ordered three necklaces for Christmas gifts. When they arrived one was broken and the other broke when it was put on neck. They replaced one and after two months I'm still waiting for other replacement. Even though they were on sale they are not worth it or the shipping costs. Terrible customer service.
POOR quality and TERRIBLE customer service! I purchased a Groupon for sunglasses and received 2 of the same color, which I did not order. Even though it was their mistake they would not correct the issue, They offered to exchange it if I paid for the shipping. I'm pretty sure this company won't be in business for long. It also caused me to never buy a Groupon again, their customer service over this issue was just as bad. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice... well I'm not giving you the chance!
I purchased sun glasses on April 30th. I paid the Groupon fee and then a separate shipping fee after being directed to novadab, worst mistake ever. I called everyday only to be on a 20 minute wait if not longer then finally ends in being hung up on. I chatted with someone only to be told that the item I bought was not in stock. So they let me purchase an item they didn't have. Most websites tell consumers what items are in stock or out of stock. Do I basically paid for sunglasses I won't get and novadab pockets my money. Sounds like theft if you ask me. No One should ever use this website ever!
After posting a negative review on 1-8-18, I want to report that the company (Novadab Jewelry) has rectified the problem. It wasn't an easy process but they finally got it right. Thank you Novadab for resolving this for me.
I certainly don't understand why the people are outraging this site. I have placed six orders with the site till date and never faced any issue. In fact, two of my orders were got delayed but I got a prompt response from their customer support confirming the low stock. Moreover, I got a complimentary gift from the company on account of delay in delivering my two products. What else could one ask for more? I am well-satisfied with its product quality and great services.
Made a Holiday order for my wife and daughter for stocking stuffers. Place order 11-29 and shipped 12-Delivery got lost by post office in NYC/NJ and never delivered. When reviewing deliveries realized never received it and emailed/called customer service. Worthless customer service...did not confirm and re-ship order. No information, no follow up. I understand shipping is out of their control, but the lack of service is what bothered me the most. I am sure they were insured so the only thing they lost was a customer. They said they would replace the items with anything listed. I did tell them if they could not fill the order as ordered to refund my money which they did (4 days after request). What made me mad was their customer service did not even provide me any information. If they are out of stock, tell me...did not attempt to even try to ship items before Xmas with a week to go. If Novadab would have just given me customer service (information), I would not have been pissed off! Thanks for letting me vent.
I was excited to happen upon this line. I ordered 8 bracelets (as end of year teacher gifts) and was very surprised when I received my package at how wonderful they were in person. There was one incorrect bracelet and was told to simply email them the details and I would be sent the correct bracelet. I was pleasantly surprised to have a response immediately and am looking forward to getting my last bracelet - I will recommend and use them again!
I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughter on the occasion of her 15th birthday and Novadab did not let me down. The order was delivered well in time and was beautifully packed. Thank you team for taking care of your customers so courteously!
Good quality. Authentic product as well. I own another watch that I bought for double the price but this one is amazing. Excellent look! This watch is awesome. It is a bit large, but that is exactly what I was looking for.
This company is absolutely awful! I have had nothing but problems with them and Groupon won't help as they tell me that my groupon has been redeemed and so I have to deal directly with Novadab. I had to go round and round with Novadab as they didn't want to honor my free shipping. Once I finally got that taken care of the order took several weeks to arrive only to open it up and see that they sent me the wrong necklaces!
They offered me a coupon since the item I ordered went to back order and won't be here in time for my wedding and they gave me such a beautiful heart earring and necklace set it's so beautiful
They sent me an incorrect order. I emailed them about the error and my order was not corrected nor was my email replied to. I tried calling them but no one ever comes on the phone. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I was very pleased with Novadab's response to my request about a broken necklace. They replied very quickly, and upon my submission of a picture of the item, they offered to replace it right away! Great customer service!
