Saw a groupon for a Christmas necklace and placed an order on 11/18/18 and still have not received the merchandise. Wish I had check the reviews first. Never againagain.
I bought two bracelets, they would not send them together so I has to pay shipping for each individually. The shipping charge costs more that the bracelet did. Will not use them again
I bought a groupon for 2 holiday necklaces from NOVADAB. I ordered them as Christmas gifts on November 24th, I just received word, today December 27th, that they are finally shipping! Over 1 month after ordering! And needless to say, they are not arriving in time for Christmas. I also wrote to the company 3 times and finally after I called my credit card company to hassle them, did I get a response from this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
1st, you buy a groupon for $12 only to find out you have to spend another $18 for shipping. 2nd, you receive the glasses, they are cheap looking and 1 pair is too big, 3rd contact company who sends a replacement, replacement is broke and not usable 4th contact the company again and they say they'll send replacement, 5th call company after 6 weeks to ask where is the replacement... SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
If you have any concerns or questions they are quick to respond and resolve what ever the issue is.!
I ordered a necklace/earring set on Groupon from this company in December, 2018. I finally tried to cancel my order the end of April, 2019 when I still hadn't received the product. Wouldn't you know, it came in the mail a few days after that and it was GARBAGE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was facing problem in redeeming my coupon, called the customer service and they were quick to resolve it.
So I ordered one love accent bracelet watch on the 14th of December 2017. I actually somehow managed to order two and was charged for them. No big deal as they were affordable. On January 18th 2018 I received A single watch and not the ones that I ordered. I made contact and was told that they just sent that one because the ad on Groupon was wrong, despite being on there for months. (Provided screen shots of the Groupon ad, my order, the voucher and my credit card statement) So long story short and after being told three times that they had been shipped and all kinds of back peddling and bull$#*! contradiction and lies. I finally received my watches on tbe 22nd of February 2018. More than two months after I ordered them. On the upside I got to keep the one they sent me JUST BECAUSE, THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. FYI... if the watch I ordered and finally received two months later is for woman! Then how come it's too big for every guy I know? The Hulk could wear it!. Also... I don't know a single East Indian male named Neil Williams. And I know a gazillion of them. Not a racist.
