I ordered friendship bracelets but only got 3/4 at first. Mine was the one missing so i wasn't worried. I waited over a month, still nothing. I followed up, and they said they would ship again. I appreciated that (1 star) I received mine, I was incorrect. Missing some charms, wrong birth stone, no initial as stated. Stupidly on my part i tried to order a bracelte with my name on it. Had troubles with getting the right payment on it as i used a groupon and shipping was like 30 bucks (the others i only paid 9.99) i tried getting assitance with no avail. Wasted money and time. Our friendship bracelets all broke. Not happy but life goes on. Would not recommend unless you like to waste money

Purchased a groupon for a charm bracelet from this company as a gift and I was in contact with the company multiple times a week wondering why it had been weeks and my order still hadnt shipped yet. Every person that I spoke with guaranteed that my order would arrive on time. Spoke with a supervisor who actually told me that if my order did not arrive on time than he would refund my shipping cost and I could keep the items and when it didnt arrive on time I called back and they refused to refund me any money unless I took the time to send everything back. Supervisor hung up on me as well. What a waste of my time! Worst company to ever buy from! Do not do it!

Over 1 month ago I ordered the holiday necklace. I feel as if Novadab is a scam. I'm thinking that they used Groupon to sell the left over holiday/seasonal stock. I was never notified of any back orders. When I emailed them it took over a week to reply and the said my necklace should ship. Over a week later... still waiting. I emailed again and even reached out thru Facebook. Today I sent a 3rd email. I feel they should ship this at no charge. I am a Mrs. Claus and really wanted this to accent my outfit. At this pace I will get it at Easter. (And I am doubtful of that.) #nofkingway #neveragain #NovadabScam

I ordered thru Groupon; they said the product will be delivered in a weeks time I followed up again after one week they said it will 100% come next week; nothing came then I said I will pay extra for courier since I was to take the products with me as gift to the place I was travelling they said they will refund me money and will send the products so it can be couriered nothing came I came back from vacation (3 weeks) nothing so again I called for follow up they said they didn't send anything since I have to pay for shipping ( In spite of me paying thru groupon) which they never mentioned earlier. So finally I paid the shipping so I can get my 6 bracelets. We are on March 13th the initial order was placed on Jan 23rd, 2018; I still dont have products. I dont know how to react here now I have been told that it will come next week. Its some kind of joke... please be very careful dealing with them

I was looking for an exclusive gift for my wife on our first anniversary. After reviewing several websites, I was not able to locate any. I bought a groupon for 2 holiday necklaces from NOVADAB. I ordered them as Christmas gifts on December 1st I just received word, today December 31st, that they are finally shipping! Almost 1 month after ordering! And needless to say, they are not arriving in time for Christmas. I also wrote to the company 4 times and finally after I threatened to contact the BBB they sent me an email saying it has been shipped. I asked them to refund me and less than 24 hours later I had a report of a fraudulent charge from NY where they are based off over $350. Thank goodness my credit card company denied the charge and reported to me immediately they suspected the charge was fraudulent DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM! I WILL BE POSTING THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
