With little knowledge of what I was doing I inadvertently ordered incompatible items for my project. The customer service rep I was fortunate enough to encounter when I called about a back ordered item recognized my errors and took wonderful care to make sure that I got the items I needed. My regret is that I didn't get her name.

We needed to return an extra pipe that we had ordered, nothing wrong with it, just an extra. We had to push for it on the phone, we only got a return slip after we returned it, they charges a restocking fee and it had already cost a lot to ship back. Overall, I think they are trying to make it easier to just keep stuff and not return it. I feel ripped off, because I only got about half of the original cost back when I returned it due to the return costs.

Ordered a part for my blower. When I got home 4 hrs later found out my daughter had already ordered the same part days earlier. I called the company to cancel my order but they were closed. Next morning I called and was told they would cancel the order and then call me back later in the day. Never heard from them. Two days later I get an email stating my order has been shipped. True enough, I receive both orders a few days later at the same time. I just think with todays automation there should be no reason an order can't be cancelled before it has shipped.
What I needed was out of stock, about a week after got notified it was i stock and received the item. Everything was up front. No complaints. Thanks

I thought this was an exact replacement part but its not. My old broom had plastic threads at the top to screw in the handle. This broom had wood to screw into. Although I got it to work its gonna fall off before the broom is exhausted. That I'm certain of.

Site is quick load/react smooth, well layed out and fairly clean. Navigating and shopping was a breeze. Partly my fault for waiting so late before christmas (and maybe i just didn't see it) but i wish there was an option for expedited shipping. A guaranteed 3-day shipment would have done the trick. Standard shipping had it delivered the day after xmas.
Ordered telescoping stovepipe. One pipe was apart at the end of the seam. I tried to close up the end and made it worse. The seam came apart more. I spoke with Marcy and she told me to send a couple of pictures to customer service. Within a couple of days Marcy emailed me that a new pipe was being sent out and she would let me know what to do with the first pipe.
