I found it on sale, Northline had a great price
The website was glitchy and would not allow me to choose the options. That led me and the sales rep to think it was a complete unit as shown in the ad photo
I received it in perfect condition, however, it did not have the herringbone backing or the log set.

Great, easy to navigate. I was accidentally charge tax on a resell item. My bookkeeper got in contact with the company the company quickly remove the tax, and we were able to resell the item as the typical contractors do.
Our "lifetime" original grate made of wrought iron was breaking piece by piece. Our large kitchen fireplace is burning every day in our big farmhouse. I ordered an 18" extension for my Dura Vent wood stove flue and a Vacu Stack wind cap for the top. My stove was puffing periodically when reloading - regardless with all the various techniques that I tried from looking at the forums etc...I bit the bullet and tried adding extra length to the flue and a wind cap and it now works quite well. I have to make a mistake when reloading my Cat wood stove in order for it to puff smoke into the house. Northline's customer service answered my questions and gave me confidence that I was making the right purchases. I was frustrated that it was the stoves fault and it wasn't. Just needed some extra draw through extra flue length and a better cap on top, designed for wind. It now draws quite well even with the high winds that we get here.
I ordered a vacu stack cap and an 18" dura vent double walled stove pipe to help solve my wood stove puffing issue. They arrived quickly after I ordered online. I had called them to ask for advice and they helped me out with this decision. I installed the pieces easily and this has resolved my issue with puffing out of the stove. Thank you Northline Express!
Product is good so far just sprayed fireplace screen that was peeling, used fireplace so far no peeling seems to fix problem not sure what to expect how long it will last.
I took a photo & measurements of the old wood stove guard I had. I took it to the local Fireplace store in Plymouth. The owner helped me find this guard which is even better than the original one I bought years ago. Quality & price are awesome! Thank you.

I bought the 4 tube one, not realizing the measurement I took was for the back of the fireplace & not the front. It took them forever to deal with my return (I returned it in 3 days) but it still took them over 2 weeks. And, when I ordered the 4 tube, at that time the 6 tube was cheaper! Of course when I then got the 6 tube, it was much more expensive.
I believe this is a new fireplace model for Napoleon. There were significant back order delays. Jennifer from you team kept me updated all along the way.

The stove came faster than expected and in perfect condition. It was well packaged in a sturdy wood box. Have not yet ran the stove pipe for the first burn but greatly looking forward to doing so.

Product damaged by delivery service but all it took was a phone call and a couple of pictures of the damage and a new one was delivered fast!
What you see is what you get. The insert and fireback I purchased looked good on their website, and when I received it. I had an item to return and their customer service took my call quickly and emailed me a prepaid USPS shipping lable in a few minutes. I will shop here again.
Heed their warning about items that have a lead time for delivery.
